I picked my name in honour of John Herr.
Wife: Aha. We assumed it was John Holderman.
I also mentally think “John holdeman” to differentiate him from

Not sure who "Holderman" is, but my brother in law once proposed starting a dating website called "Hold-a-man" for age 25+ singles for whom neither the teacher plan nor the Saturday volleyball game plan is working.
