YES!
This is exactly what the people and government of Minnesota are calling for. This is an occupation by hostile forces.
YES!
Many voted to have a felon for President. As expected, he is a lawless one. Even some here applaud him as if it's good.
Look, thousands upon thousands of evil protestors are alive, they’re like wild animals, even biting off a finger! These people are sick. Go home and pray. I have put up with a lot of things that I absolutely detected under the previous administration, and the Obama administration and so does just about everybody. I have fellowship with feel the same way you didn’t see us out protesting and causing trouble starting fire, throwing bricks, using foul language should everybody yes there was a January 6 protest which Trump said for them to protest peacefully unlike the government in Minnesota that does not promote peaceful protests. You can keep endorsing criminals. If you want to Jim, I will keep promoting lawfulness many of the ice agents that I have seen look like their immigrants himself of course, some are wise enough to come in the legal way and become US citizens and have a good life.JimFoxvog wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 4:32 pmThe weapon he was brandishing was a cell phone. I doubt than leaving his gun home would have made a difference. If he didn't have one, the border patrol could have provided one for him after he was shot dead.
From what I can tell, Minnesota is doing nothing at all to prevent ICE agents from doing this if they have a valid warrant. Am I missing something?
I don't think Minnesota is involved in a violent uprising against the federal government. I don't think Minnesota is defying federal law. Protests are not the same thing as an insurrection. The Constitution is designed to protect the right to protest.
Fort Sumter?
Some people seem baffled that Minnesota would object to a military-style occupation by a hostile force. Or even outraged.
There's gang violence in the U.S. too.Southerner wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 3:21 pm I am not aware of "a lot". Anyway how is it a wise step to return if you cannot provide a living for your family, there's gang violence, etc. or worse, you have to fear that the US military may strike your fishing boat?
Because Texas hasn't declared an insurrection since 1861.Bootstrap wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 4:57 pm Some people seem baffled that Minnesota would object to a military-style occupation by a hostile force. Or even outraged.
I have a hard time imaging Joe Biden invading Texas with a paramilitary operation. But I am having an even harder time imagining Texans accept it calmly.
MN has refused to cooperate with the federal government at all and has been quite public about their refusal to cooperate at all.Minnesota did not declare war on the federal government. It sure looks like the federal government declared war on Minnesota.
Really? Walz keeps saying to the federal government, "Leave - we don't want you here."I don't think Minnesota has seized a federal military installation, expelled federal authority, or claimed sovereignty against the United States.
This level of paranoia is unhealthy.JimFoxvog wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 4:32 pmThe weapon he was brandishing was a cell phone. Leaving it home, and not helping people who are pepper-sprayed might have saved his life. But helping people was his profession.

No, he’s not a felon he is THE PRESIDENT of THE UNITED STATES doing what Kamala Harris & Biden should have done, & that’s exactly why HE WON, plus for the great job he did his first term.
