Re: Bigfoot sightings?
Well, I didn't see any noted here in your post, nor any links to some reference. So, I looked around outside. I didn't see any out there, either. I guess the answer is, "No. No Bigfoot sightings here. At least not today." (grin)

1. Are we discussing the topic? Good.
2. Are we going around and around in a fight? Let's stop doing that.
3. Is there some serious wrongdoing or relational injury? Let's address that, probably not in public and certainly not for show.

Re: Bigfoot sightings?
John’s original blank post is a brilliant piece of performance art.
The reason why it’s blank is because Bigfoot doesn’t exist, and therefore there is nothing to say.
But rather than saying it directly, John’s use of negative space invites us to consider the futility of conspiracy theories (there’s no “there” there) as well as the beauty of mystery, by inviting us to imagine the possibilities of Bigfoot. John’s post invites us to “fill in the blanks” with our own meaning.
I believe this might be the wisest and most profound statement that John has ever posted on MennoNet. Bravo!

I suspect Steve is responding to the recent article in The Budget about a sighting outside of Sugar Creek. It contains this image:

( On the other hand, maybe I just generated this with GPT. I don't exactly remember ... )

A few small towns like to use Bigfoot "sightings" as a tourist draw.
Local old timers say "Never saw a Bigfoot. Have seen a lot of Big Mouths."
