For the record I am not Tim Wilson. I am straight! Can the admin please remove the video by him? I had no idea.

o,no. that’s not what i meant. he was a new source to me. i often like to add a reference for context about sources.
he’s a professor in UK.

separately, i wondered about the intro post.
long ago, the forum used to have an intro thread for new members to share about themselves, ask questions, answer questions, etc.
i miss it.

i’m wondering about your research. personal, for a college project?
members sometimes arrive for purposes of research. there’s quite a bit here, mostly in the Anabaptist and Christian categories.
it requires digging.

"Why Aren’t More Mennonites Dying? Stephan Gingerich"

I am wondering the context of that topic.
Is the answer supposed to be "because most of them are getting vaccinated."?
Or is it "because measles is not actually a fatal disease!"?

Okay that might be it. I guess my mind went on a whole different tangent. Why aren't more Mennonite missionaries going to the far reaches of the earth, even if it might mean their death by bad governments or bad and hostile people.

BTW, my siblings and I all had the measles when young. But I do know some children who had them and it affected their eyesight. I got the chicken pox as a young adult, and that was far worse than the measles.

yes. i’ve been sad Mrs.Nisly’s thread hasn’t been the robust topic MD had.

We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.
The only way that is support for changing diapers is if you identify as a diaper, seeing as it says "we" shall be changed.
OJV translates that "wee" shall be changed, referring to babes in Christ.

By the way, those fold-down tables you see in some restrooms ... are they diaper changing stations, or baby changing stations?
