I have more of an issue with too much discussion in the bunny trails thread itself. I mean, if somebody rambles on and on or goes off the rails from some topic here, where are we supposed to even move the posts? Do we start a bunny trails from the bunny trails thread?

Before the username purge there was a John Hurt posting here who was constantly bringing up conspiracy theories like how the Pentagon was manipulating the weather through chemtrails as well as random Confederate apologia such as how Black southerners really supported the Confederacy.

I was confused at first too, but JohnH’s writing style is so different that I don’t think they’re the same person.

I also realized recently that the MN user “John Hurt’s” username is a reference to the late British actor John Hurt, who played the hero Winston Smith in the film version of “1984.” Considering the conspiratorial nature of “John Hurt’s” posts, it makes a lot of sense that he used that reference as a username.

I’ve had dinner in JHurts house. He is for real.

I assumed John Hurt is real. Just that he was using a nom de plume.

Now regarding whether I’m real? Some days I’m not sure.

LOL...With all fairness to Biden, the baby was dressed as a chicken. Maybe he got confused. Or maybe it runs in the family. Hasn't the Biden's dog, Major, bitten people 24 times while living at the White House?

Trump really really wishes he was still running against Biden doesn't he? Now he is the elderly senile old man doing ridiculous things like doubling down on his "Puerto Ricans are garbage" joke by circling aimlessly around an airport tarmac in a MAGA garbage truck dressed as a garbage man.

Don't change the narrative to say something Trump said when he didn't. Trump never said that "Puerto Ricans are garbage". But Biden did unequivocally say that half of the U.S. Population is "garbage". And then he angered all the White House Stenographers, because he asked them to lie in the public records as to what he said.
