To think, this+more was routine for these SINS, where ever found, examples, RCC, Boy Scouts, Hans Mast.Josh wrote: ↑Tue Dec 19, 2023 8:24 am There was one aspect of modernism there:
psychologists advised it would be traumatic to children to relive the memories at an older age, but abuse that happened at a young age they would just forget about, so best to sweep it under the rug and pretend it didn’t happen.
They also advised moving offenders to a new location based on a dumb theory that it was “environment” or “opportunity” that caused abusers to offend.
The internet has done more to mitigate these go-to responses than anything-ever in history. imho
Strange how, no matter who-what-when-where, SIN resorts to the same old tactics. Those tactics worked!
SIN is not cured. [Slowed-down - i hope we can think.]
SIN is not of Jesus Christ. It’s outside of what is good, holy, sacred, true.
i believe that’s why it shows up so similarly, where ever it lands.
