Nope. Both are on properties. One a lady fell walking down the sidewalk at the neighbor's house and has included us in the suit. Not our fault. Not our property. Doesn't matter. We are getting sued anyway.

Just got confirmation that our offer for a new house was accepted. We are quite excited. I got the rest of the cabinets for the kitchen remodel at the current house. Once that is done, we will get this one on the market.

I got a month of work here and we will close within 2 months on the new house. Work, work, work.

With all you’re doing, any improvement with this eye? The only 2 things i’ve heard of are good hydration and ample rest.
(2 things that help most everything.) 8-)

My lengthy walk with cataracts, eventually corrected with surgery, makes me appreciate good vision.

i first noticed floaters in high school, very annoying and distracting. i’d say they’re about the same now as then.
i’m not sure how much class time i spent looking off into space to study the floaters rather than listening to teachers!
but i remember doing it.

i would imagine tiny “windshield wipers” in my eyes to wipe them away.
still do.

Today I watched a family pick pears with a bucket truck. Takes 2 seconds for a pear to hit the ground.

On the Interstate, the lanes across from us were stalled for miles and miles and miles (ours had been slowed down only due to gawker's stall). People were out of their cars chatting, sometimes in groups. But what caught my eye was a toddler in diapers standing on something inside the car, blowing bubbles through the sunroof.

Started teaching my 17 year old to drive today. He finished all his testing and now has to get 30 hours of drive time in. He did good tonight. Took him for a night drive. He needs 10 hours of night time driving too.

This is the one who stole our van and drove it to South Carolina a few months ago. He needs a little teaching, but if he can drive all the way from Indiana to SC, he knows a few things.

I have to resurface the tub and tile yet and add a surround above the half way up tiled walls in the tub/shower area.

AC gave out.
temps expected in the 80’sF this week. not so bad. humid, of course.

i don’t expect to hear from anyone before Monday.

my AC unit is an old relic.
the last service guy knew the manufacturer, said it was a workhorse. probably since the 70’s. is that possible?
the manufacturer is out of business. i think they replaced the fan.

the furnace is running, fan is blowing. no cool air.

Meanwhile, i’m going over the list of possible problems.
i’m good about changing furnace filters. altho 2 are required, and they aren’t fun to replace. who designed that thing?!
