So it can kill more people? If people would realize that what they aren't telling us is that many more nursing home residents are dying "from COVID" within a week or so of receiving their booster shots it would start to become obvious ...
They aren't telling you that because it is not true. There is extensive data on this.

Before the vaccines, Covid-19 deaths in nursing homes were a huge problem, the vaccines have helped tremendously.

I think this is what Wade was talking about. BC Health had been covering this up until the national news got a hold of it. There are rumours, unsubstantiated as far as I know, that this is not solitary case.

1. When possible, talk to others from a distance of 6-10 feet away or wear a mask.
2. If you are inclined to shake hands with people or believe that Christians should practice the Holy Kiss during a pandemic of this nature, do so and then back away.
3. Use sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and warm water after touching things others have recently touched.
4. Cough into your elbow rather than into your hand.
5. Meet outdoors when possible. When meeting indoors, have airflow through the building if possible.
6. Meet in smaller groups rather than larger groups.
7. Where a mask when riding in a vehicle with non-family members.
8. Sing in open areas with some physical distance between one's self and non-family members.

In addition,
If you or a family member have been exposed to someone with Covid, self-quarantine or take additional measures to help protect others from getting your virus.
While you bring good information about the spread, I question some of your suggestions for an aerosolized virus. These would work for other types, but aerosolized, not so much.

Aerosolized virus travel much more than 6 foot. There is no good study showing that 6 foot distancing actually works. It was a study done by a high school person and was picked up and propogated. Again, it would work for other viruses, but not an aerosolized. Indoors, it lingers much longer. There has been little evidence it spreads through touch from people or surfaces. This is why the attempt to sanitize surfaces has died away in most places. Washing hand sis not a real bad thing, but too much washing is not a good thing either. Our bodies needs a layer of bacteria to find off fungus infections. Constant washing will kill the good bacteria and leave us vulnerable to other infections.

Outdoors is very safe. UV kills the virus and it dries out the particulates it floats in. Airflow is good if it vents away from the crowds. Updrafts are good, but if not vented properly, it just spreads the particulates further.

Masks do very little since this is an aerosolized virus. Wear glasses and breathe with a mask on. See the steam on your lens? This is how the virus gets past the mask. In all those moisture particulates. It becomes airborne and stays that way for a good while. If you walk away and someone else walks into your exhaled moisture, which can not be seen or controlled, this could spread the virus.

The best defense is your immune system.

Ways to strengthen your immune system:

1. Eat low sugar balanced meals. Protein and vegetables are good for you. Carbs convert to sugar. You body needs them, but excess is not good for your immune system since they convert to sugar in your system.
2. Take multivitamins. They are cheap and do not hurt. It just makes sure you have a balanced amount of vitamins your body needs to run on. Make sure it has 50% or more of the daily zinc needs.
3. Get outside and get some exercise. Walk and enjoy the world. The UV kills off the virus and it helps our immune systems since it increases our health and emotional state. We do not feel as trapped. Enjoy outside activities. If there is an increase of infections in your community and youa re older or have health issues, be careful. If you are generally healthy, enjoy. Your chances of getting Covid and getting over it to gain antibodies that will make you more immune are helpful to you and to your community. Herd immunity is what will stop this. The vaccine seems to only last 6 months. Recovery from infection lasts years. If you have not been infected, you may need a booster. If you have, you need nothing but a strong immune system.

Stay healthy and strong. Eat right and enjoy God's creation. God's cure is much better than humanity's cure, but you have to do some work to enjoy it. Humanity's cure is temporary. God's is long lasting, but you have to do two things. Live a healthy live and recover from the infection. The odds are in our favor trusting God's cure for the most of humanity. There are some who need to rely on humanity's patch. I do not fault them or judge them. I am married to one. I strongly supported her getting the vaccine. I saw no reason for me to get it. The odds are much better for me and my sons to not get the vaccine.

4. Don't trust all the propaganda from the governments of this world. Some is good and some is distorted for political purposes. It is hard to know what is what. No one has all the answers, especially people on a Mennonite centered forum. Do your research and make your own decisions. I trust you. Please trust my decisions making. We are not all the same and we do not all need the same treatments. Some have a bigger fear of being trapped in their house then fear for the virus. Some have a bigger fear of sickness than fear of loss of contact with others. Both can be right and we can work this all out and not attack each other for having different needs.

Thanks for the article. I don't see anything in this article that indicates that more nursing home residents die from the vaccine than from Covid-19, I thought that was his claim. In fact, the article seems to be urging boosters, saying that they are important for nursing home residents. That is consistent with what I have been reading. I agree with Robert that the research currently seems to say that seniors and immunocompromised people can benefit from boosters, but they aren't needed by the general population.

Delta has resulted in more deaths in nursing homes. So far, the analyses I have seen seem to indicate that boosters help in nursing homes. Am I missing something?

Certainly.
...or if an outbreak is possibly about to happen...
In other words, pretty much all the time, forever.

I don't see it that way. This summer in Pennsylvania there was not much likelihood of an outbreak. I watched the maps and the outbreaks as a wave made it's way north from the southern states. I predicted the wave to hit PA towards the end of August and that is what happened.

We did all the above PLUS xtra of supplements specific to benefit against Covid.

Why did i "catch it" when i did?? After all I was exposed to the masses of people through my register line to the entire pandemic without a break. Didn't get it until July 27 (approx) 2021. Why then?
We hadn't heard about code for sometime in our area. Nobody was really talking about it anymore no one at work had had it for quite a while it seemed like a couple months since you'd hear about it. It seemed we were safe they had lifted The mask mandate etc.
What one change did I make at the time I caught it? I wasn't diligent about taking my supplements daily like I had been. I might go two or three days or so without taking them. During the pandemic and during flu season and cold season I'm very diligent to take them almost daily the only time is when I forget in the morning before leaving for work or doing too much before work and not making the time for it.
I set myself up for the fall. Delta hit our area about the time I got it it seemed I started hearing more and more people we're getting it and getting it in a serious way. unlike the alpha, the first round, where I constantly heard people say they hardly had any symptoms or it was no big deal this time around it seemed like a much bigger deal to the people I at least heard about. For myself it was just extreme fatigue and achiness and ran a fever so it's basically just on the couch for a couple weeks

I think Wade was saying that people were dying in nursing homes DESPITE vaccines, not saying because of vaccines

There has been nonstop spread of COVID in basically the entire country for over a year now. The idea that "outbreaks" only happen infrequently is simply because you don't know about all the ones happening amongst your neighbours, people at the grocery store, etc.
