If you combine all of the studies that found positive effect, the only thing you can really say is "too small of a sample size". However in statistical terms, that's not enough to discount a study. A small sample size can be valid, if it is sufficiently random / diverse. My conclusion from all of those studies together is that Ivermectin appears to have some positive efficacy.
I would have to see a model for combining them - a "meta-analysis" - to say one way or another. Some people are claiming a lot more than "some positive efficacy".

My guess is that "some positive efficacy" is possible, it's too early to tell. But that's very much a guess.
In that case, since the long term safety, drug interaction, and dosing information is so well established, and Ivermectin is out-of-patent, and VERY cheap, we should be encouraging people to work with their doctors to try it out if they get COVID.

The collective meltdown, and outright lies in the media make me think Pfizer is pretty worried about it though.

Two tracks:

1. You have Covid. Go home and hopefully you get better.

2. You have Covid. Go home and take well known drug that has minimal side effects that might help some and hope you get better.

I really do not see the challenge.

What happened to Hydroxychloroquine and zinc? Or for that matter fluoxetine, amlodipine, baricitinib, remdesivir, favipiravir and merimepodiblosartan? Or various other anti-inflammatories and anti-virals?

We've stocked up on IVM as a back up to the Quercetin we take as a preventative. Enough for ourselves, our tenants, family and a few friends if need be. Call it Pascal's wager with medicine.

I found out yesterday which pharmacy will give the right combination for treatment not to far from us. In fact according to an Amish woman, the pharmacy brought d ty to Holmes County so they have an easier time getting it. I believe I had mentioned the owner of a well-known Amish construction company in Holmes county, who had recently come down with covid, - told me his story of it, and he was able to get a hold of the treatment at this place and came through without hospital- he couldn't remember what all they gave him except he called one the Trump drug, and he said something for his lungs, he said he had taken ivermectin too, hes ose to 70 & the "treatment worked. This at the same time, my best friend was told when she had covid her doctor said there is no treatment, she got ahold of things herself. So if you start early treatment and have the right things it should keep the hospitals from being overburdened, and those that do not want the vaccine have a successful route, it's just the average doctor either doesn't know about it or just won't talk about it

1. i’ve never viewed rumble or OAN before.
2. i appreciate the reference to the China Virus. :P
 3. i think i’ll message my doctor’s office to ask about Ivermectin, in the event i get the virus, or, as some report, for when i eventually get it. i would like to know it’s possible to have it prescribed without a court order. (in screwball IL or WA, i expect negative.)
4. i was vaccinated in Feb+March. i have misgivings.
5. i’ve masked whether asked to or not - mainly to avoid being hassled.
6. my family has been carefully hand washing for decades.
7. physical distance is (too) typical in my life.
i sent a brief message to my doctor Sept 5. (8 days, no reply.) they are usually have always been prompt. :-|
Sept 5, i wrote:

Dear Dr _______,
In the event i contract Covid or variant,
1. Would you be my attending physician? Or .. ?
2. Is Ivermectin a possible prescription for treatment?

All things considered, i’d like to have a prescription of IVM on hand, before contracting COVID.
My situation points to it, and winter is coming.

This is it for me exactly. The doctors have pretty much abandoned the field of early treatment so people have to make shift for themselves and in many cases have found things that empirically seem to work. And having done so, they believe that they have found a viable alternative to the vaccine for reducing the risk to themselves and to others.

Zinc, Vitamin D, fluoxetine and a few other things remain on the FLCCC’s list. All perfectly safe and frequently taken by millions of people.
