National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act
The COVID vaccine isn't approved for children, so how is this relevant?
You were rambling on about how you could get your children vaccinated anonymously. Which you can't do at any normal clinic that follows the law.
As I keep stating (and get tired of stating), the (government run) clinics here do exactly what I described, upon request. They are very interested in getting people vaccinated including people who are sceptical. Outreaches to encourage people to come in who may e.g. have an arrest record, be undocumented immigrants, etc. can be difficult and assuring them they won't have to show ID etc. is an important part of that.
In any event, the reporting requirements apply to all adult vaccines as well including the Covid vaccines. This stuff is easy to find. I'm not sure why you are so confused or in such denial about 21st Century medical recordkeeping;
https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/r ... index.html The Federal Government isn't even going to provide Covid vaccine to providers who don't keep proper records.
So, do you continue in your assertion that ALL covid vaccinations are centrally tracked and the government could easily have a central database to track if people are vaccinated or not?
Would you support that database then being used to prevent non-vaccinated people from buying groceries, voting, etc.?
Most non-crazy people thing this is a good thing and a vast improvement over the days when medical records were maintained in hand-written paper folders stored in your doctor's office.
Most medical providers I know say the transition to electronic charting has been a disaster in terms of workload on physicians and nurses, and also for reducing interaction with patients (since it's replaced with interaction with a computer screen). The only "winners" are the people who sell electronic records software (admittedly, I've been on the receiving end of this wealth transfer).
