Yeah, but if you don't want to be tracked? People have a right to privacy, particularly when it comes to their own health and their own bodies.
Most.doctors are going to put it all in the database... it helps protect them too. Maybe you can find a Dr that won't but it won't be easy.

You are tracked all the time

Cellphone
ID
Facial recognition
And much more
Most of your medical records are in a database

And what would happen if you declined to you have data loaded into a statewide database?
You can go to the web site and fill out a form and ask that your information be removed. You should know this stuff Josh if this is important to you. Otherwise all medical providers are required to upload the data to their respective state vaccine databases. It is the law in every single state.

Follow the link I provided you upstream about the Ohio vaccine registry. You will find the link to the form you use if you want your data removed.

So, you can't just refuse to have it uploaded in the first place?

No other vaccine has been like that. If you go to get your child vaccinated at a county health clinic, they don't track and record your info in a central database. You just show up, get the shot, and leave. You could even do the whole thing anonymously if you wish (some of the counties here offer that service to encourage reluctant parents to get their children vaccinated).

Nope, they are required by law to track every vaccine dose administered, the manufacturer and what lot it came from, and who administered it. You might not have noticed them recording this but the most likely did so to be in compliance with the law.

And yes, in your state you have to request to be removed. You can't just demand that the clinic administering the vaccine not record your data.

This is the form that you need to fill out and send in:

You don't have to provide any info when getting vaccinated, so you are just flat out wrong.

I assume the clinic would still record the information but leave the information about the patient blank, other than some information like the patient's approximate age, etc.

This is a very different thing from your claim that all vaccines are centrally tracked, and that a "vaccine passport" could be implemented which would rely on this centrally tracked data. But maybe I should ask you this question: Do you think the coronavirus vaccine should be required before people like you and me can participate in society and do things like go to the grocery store or vote? And should there be a massive, central tracking system to make sure everyone is being tracked for this?

Does that make all this tracking a good thing?

It is disturbing how some of you seem very willing to accept the power of a totalitarian state, and particularly one run by private corporations, that doesn't even have any government oversight or accountability.

Letting huge organisations track all kinds of things with no oversight or accountability is exactly how disasters happen like the one we are familiar with with CAM. And, once you speak up and criticise something that goes on - well, you're now an enemy of the people, because how could you ever dare to speak against the good people who work for CAM/for the hospital system/for the government/etc.?

Josh. I don't know why you keep belaboring the point. You are simply wrong. This is what the law actually says with respect to recording vaccines. Maybe you can find some geriatric rural Amish doctor who doesn't follow the law. But most clinics and providers do. This is from the Q&A for medical providers regarding recordkeeping requirements for childhood vaccines. Which also apply to most adult vaccines as well:
Please explain the federal requirements for all healthcare providers that administer vaccines under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), enacted in 1986, set forth 3 basic requirements for all vaccination providers, which are:

• Providers must give the patient (or parent/legal representative of a minor) a copy of the relevant federal "Vaccine Information Statement" (VIS) for the vaccine they are about to receive.
• Providers must record certain information about the vaccine(s) administered in the patient's medical record or a permanent office log (see next question).
• Providers must document any adverse event following the vaccination that the patient experiences and that becomes known to the provider, whether or not it is felt to be caused by the vaccine, and submit the report to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

What do we legally need to record when giving an immunization to a patient?

It is important to know the federal requirements for documenting the vaccines administered to your patients. The requirements are defined in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act enacted in 1986. The law applies to all routinely recommended childhood vaccines, regardless of the age of the patient receiving the vaccines. The only vaccines not included in this law are pneumococcal polysaccharide, zoster, and certain infrequently used vaccines, such as rabies and Japanese encephalitis.
The following information must be documented on the patient's paper or electronic medical record or on a permanent office log:
1. The vaccine manufacturer.
2. The lot number of the vaccine.
3. The date the vaccine is administered.
4. The name, office address, and title of the healthcare provider administering the vaccine.
5. The Vaccine Information Statement (VIS) edition date located in the lower right corner on the back of the VIS. When administering combination vaccines, all applicable VISs should be given and the individual VIS edition dates recorded.
6. The date the VIS is given to the patient, parent, or guardian.

The federally required information should be both permanent and accessible.

In addition, the laws in every state require that this information be uploaded into state vaccine registries, which is normally done automatically and instantly.

National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act
The COVID vaccine isn't approved for children, so how is this relevant?

You were rambling on about how you could get your children vaccinated anonymously. Which you can't do at any normal clinic that follows the law.

In any event, the reporting requirements apply to all adult vaccines as well including the Covid vaccines. This stuff is easy to find. I'm not sure why you are so confused or in such denial about 21st Century medical recordkeeping; https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/r ... index.html The Federal Government isn't even going to provide Covid vaccine to providers who don't keep proper records.

The real world doesn't operate like Holmes County. I don't even think Holmes County operates like you portray with no electronic records kept, no submissions to state databases and such.

Most non-crazy people thing this is a good thing and a vast improvement over the days when medical records were maintained in hand-written paper folders stored in your doctor's office.

As I keep stating (and get tired of stating), the (government run) clinics here do exactly what I described, upon request. They are very interested in getting people vaccinated including people who are sceptical. Outreaches to encourage people to come in who may e.g. have an arrest record, be undocumented immigrants, etc. can be difficult and assuring them they won't have to show ID etc. is an important part of that.

So, do you continue in your assertion that ALL covid vaccinations are centrally tracked and the government could easily have a central database to track if people are vaccinated or not?

Would you support that database then being used to prevent non-vaccinated people from buying groceries, voting, etc.?
Most non-crazy people thing this is a good thing and a vast improvement over the days when medical records were maintained in hand-written paper folders stored in your doctor's office.
Most medical providers I know say the transition to electronic charting has been a disaster in terms of workload on physicians and nurses, and also for reducing interaction with patients (since it's replaced with interaction with a computer screen). The only "winners" are the people who sell electronic records software (admittedly, I've been on the receiving end of this wealth transfer).
