I've been digging post holes to put in a fence to keep deer from our garden.
At the moment the sweet potatoes are under row cover, where it is hard to keep them weeded. Deer can browse the whole crop down in a night.
Digging while it's 90°F is hot work. I hope it's OK that I'm not keeping my body well-covered if no one but my wife can see me.

Drink plenty of water; when I’m working outside in hot weather I start at 6am and come in no later than 10am.
