Re: Today ...
I really don't think the bees would take to that fake hive, though. And obviously no place to build combs in that small space.

Re: Today ...
Today was the first farmers' market of the season in Princeton, IL. I sold more than twice as much as the first market a year ago for the non-profit I'm part of, Seed of Hope Farm. Still not big bucks, but I'm satisfied.

Re: Today ...
Plants in our area are hard to come by.
I am lucky that I had seeds from last year.
Glad you had a good market.
Our bees are doing well. Although, I wonder what effect the solar minimum will have on them if any?
We are also building a make shift turkey coop. (The girls and I). We are pretty proud of ourselves. We are making it out of leftover scraps and it turned out not bad, but quite sturdy. The husband is working on a green house. That looks much more solidly built.

Re: Today ...
I am so happy to see lots of bees on the clover all over our property. Definitely an improvement over last summer.violet wrote: Our bees are doing well. Although, I wonder what effect the solar minimum will have on them if any?

Bee kind to those you meet today.
Bee healthy in your food choices.
Bee devoted to God above all else.
In other new: it's been raining cats, dogs AND ferrets out there for two days.
