1) Was Harold invited to a meeting to discuss Harold?

2) With another victim, Harold's own grandchild, having come forward, what is his church's and any investigative team's urgent obligation to the situation? (What is needed for proof? A videotape?)

Can only victims from "functional" families be given support and validation?

The lack of urgency and cooperation in the face of such clear allegations speaks volumes about Harold's church & investigative team! Ditto the Jeriah Mast case with the lack of transparency and urgency! Red flags are flying high! "By their fruit you shall know them".

The judge in the Jeriah Mast case spoke clearly to this very thing .....the lack of urgency in dealing with allegations and the attempt to protect the predator in the CA circles. His question "WHY"?

This morning I added a comment (might still be waiting for moderation) to this blog:

When a + b Doesn’t = c

I am aware that some folks believe that:

a Daniel’s “mentally ill” mother Anna Mary brainwashed him into believing he was sexually
abused.
+
b The nature of Daniel’s mother’s death (unautopsied) proves beyond doubt her mental illness.
=
c Daniel’s claims of sexual molestation by his father are illegitimate.

However, I, Daniel’s sister and Anna Mary’s daughter have no recollection of our mother referencing Daniel’s molestation by his father Harold before Daniel disclosed it a letter to his family in 1990. Daniel has no recollection of discussing his abuse with Anna Mary prior to 1990.

Harold’s initial response to the 1990 allegations was to frame Daniel for being unstable and to blame Daniel’s therapist for putting self-deceptive ideas into Daniel’s head. By 1999 Harold had shifted the blame and framed his estranged wife for fabricating the allegations.

It is of curiosity to me what pay off folks fixated on the nature of Daniel’s mother’s death (as a way to disregard his abuse accounts) believe that Daniel, a now 60-year-old who graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with a stellar record of having excelled in professional positions requiring utmost skills and abilities in critical thinking, would derive from touting delusions from his mother deceased for twelve years. Would one of you from this school of thought be so kind as to explain your position to me?

Thank You,
Freda Herr

I had been wondering if you were Freda Herr. I guess this answers my question. :)

I just saw your comment on Trudy's blog. AMEN to what you said and thank you for speaking out.

temporal1, thanks for pointing out undershepherd's post. It resonates with me. :) Today I only have time to "like" the content but will try to respond further in the coming week.

The thread has lots of worthwhile response. i recommend reading through it.
try to ignore my posts. :?
(keep in mind, the topic was pretty new on forum in June.) before either of you registered. :)
for reference, undershepherd has been part of MD-MN since the early days, 1996-ish.

can that be right?! if so, tempus really fugits.

By virtue of his insight and personal involvement, it appears that 'Unershepherd' has a remarkably clear picture of the depravity found in much of the CA culture. His recognition that the current cases are only the 'tip of the ice berg' resonates with many who are aware of the atrocities and large-scale 'cover-ups' that have been in operation for decades. As he candidly stated, it would appear the hour of exposure, uncovering and overturning of this massive corruption has come due!

I am personally amazed at his insight!

The board changed including the chairman, and much of CAM exec./upper mgmt got replaced, particularly the ones who tried to ignore the new board firing them.
