Saw this on Facebook and thought it was apropos in light of situations with CAM, Life Literature, and other CA entities.

Well, as previously said, if I go for heart surgery I'll take the training.
I don't always understand the integrity vs training argument. For example if a nurse of integrity is asked a medical question, isn't the proper response, "I am sorry I do not have the training to be able to answer that question." In other words, having integrity means to understand your limits and not to overstate your credentials.
Does this make sense: A person who is living in unrepented sin has no place in a Christian organization.
This is a really interesting response considering we are in the CAM scandal thread which is all due to unrepented sin in a Christian organization.

And that that person, who was living in unrepented sin, should have had no place in CAM. I don't think there is any disagreement about that.

It makes perfect sense doesn't it?

There is also such a thing as spiritual abuse, quite closely related to emotional abuse.

Yes. Scriptures speak to it.
The book above is written from a Christian perspective.

If you read Page 9, above, spiritual abuse is included, citing a scriptural passage.

i’m not familiar with the author, but the few sample pages offered to view are interesting.
Not a difficult read, but it might be helpful.

I think it's worth reading the comments that Kris Kramer left on Trudy's February 7th blog post.

If you live in the Holmes County area or are willing to travel a little ways then you may want to check out this seminar. I've had some contact with A Better Way over the past months and I think this would be educational.
