I just read through this thread and am wanting to know the end of the story. I can't imagine having to go through this. My heart goes out to you and all your family.
Sadness continues, but the story hasn't ended. Judge decided Mom stays with the one who took her, as change might be hard. Still battles about sister making brother and his wife move out of the house. Resentments and suspicions. I was able to begin some reconciling with sister anyway, but there's a long way to go. Sister was ordered to allow visits and to communicate with brothers about Mom's condition and location, which is a little positive step.

We can be thankful Mom has no idea any of this is going on.

Continuing prayers would be welcomed. I'm emotionally exhausted.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I will pray. My father-in-law has dementia and we are quite involved with him, although it is not as severe as your mother.

I just hear from my son, who heard from his cousin, that Mom died this evening. A relief, but sad. Please pray for our whole family.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss Jim. And I pray your family can draw closer through this experience. May God give you grace.
