How do you keep cats out of flowerbeds?
Does anyone have ideas on how to keep cats out of freshly mulched flowerbeds?

I really doubt there is a way~ unless you squirt them with water if & when you see them- they may quit coming around but other than that it's probably not possible- loose cats abide by no ones rulesSomebody wrote:Does anyone have ideas on how to keep cats out of freshly mulched flowerbeds?

Both. Spray the border of the flowerbed. If you can get close enough to a cat, spray them in the face.Valerie wrote:On the cat or the garden?steve-in-kville wrote:White vinegar. Spray bottle or garden sprayer.

Some of you have really good ideas!
Some of the ideas my children will object to very strongly!
And we do have 2 dogs, neither really chase cats, unless there's a reason to. Like when the cat is trying to eat out of the dogs dish!! Or if the cats are fighting.
