I doubt that it will be challenged. That's not the agenda of those who pushed so hard on Boy Scouts to be inclusive. It is perfectly acceptable in modern America for women and girls to keep men and boys out of their organizations.
Why do you think that is Wayne? Apparently there is more behind this issue than simply gender or sexual orientation.

there is truth in this.
however, females are told, their interests in family+homes are “stupid,” not worthy, etc., even IN women’s-girls groups. in similar ways messages about blue collar work get around.

presently, males who identify as females are enabled+featured in female sports, etc. -
making a mockery of all of it.

as above, i have to wonder, if i were in these male-female shoes, knowing my advantage, would i push myself ahead of my “sisters?” .. or, recognize the unnatural advantage, and step aside? no matter what the force of human law allows.

i would not allow my natural child to participate in these, now side-show, groups.
if my child were “the” one in question, i would hope i would counsel humility for the sake of others.

this worship-self-as-god thing is a nightmare.

Boys do not want to join Girl Scouts. Girls and women are being encouraged to be "empowered" by entering into any activity or field (except the dirty, dangerous, low paying ones) that are traditionally male. It is a social trend with a lot of political backing.

The Boy Scouts lost ground with their decision to be "inclusive" of homosexual boys and leaders. Scouting was also getting "softer" with the trend away from safe use of fire, knives, firearms, etc. and more toward avoiding anything risky (boys love risk, and knives and guns!). It was only a matter of time before the Mormon church would pull out over the former issues. The path the Boy Scouts executive board set them on has lead to the necessity to draw in new members, and they only had the girls to go after.

Churches / GSA
https://www.dailywire.com/news/30615/ch ... nk-berrien
.. .. The national organization, for example, contributes more than a million dollars each year to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGS), an organization tied to International Planned Parenthood and its advocacy for legislation that includes both contraception and abortion as preventive health care for women.

Margaret Sanger, Betsy Friedan and Gloria Steinem are frequently held up in materials as role models for young Scouts. These as well as many other “role models” in the GSUSA’s new manuals and web content not only do not reflect our Catholic worldview but stand in stark opposition to what we believe.

Scouts World Jamboree 2019
https://flfamily.org/press-releases/boy ... mboree2019
Florida Family Policy Council President John Stemberger, who also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Christian scouting movement Trail Life USA issued the following statement:

“In light of the mandatory condom policy, it is not clear how far down the rabbit hole the Boy Scouts will continue to fall.
With the addition of condoms and alcohol, the World Jamboree is starting to sound more like a 1960s Woodstock festival rather than a campout that parents would want to send their children to!
All of this should be deeply disturbing to the churches that are chartering Boy Scout Troops.

These policies present a clear youth protection problem that the BSA absolutely refuses to recognize.
The fact that they are requiring that condoms be ‘readily accessible’ and are communicating this to everyone– including youth participants–shows that the BSA is both anticipating and facilitating sexual conduct between minors at this event.
These policies are both outrageous and completely irresponsible.”
i’m glad enough people saw the handwriting on the wall in 2013, or before, and took steps to begin alternative scouting groups. it takes foresight and courage to act.

it’s strange how some can see so much more quickly+clearly than others.
i am not the quickest to see! i am thankful for others’ insights.

considering the current rate of increased STD’s, HIV-AIDS, Hepatitus, and more, esp among teens and young adult men, throwing condoms+alcohol out-there in response, is both insulting and gasp-worthy.

The situation with the BSA is out of control. Appalling but I'm not surprised either.

so much of what happens today reflects the serious problems of the, “too big to fail,” notions.

nothing on earth is too big to fail, greater earthly tributes (than anything in our youthful U.S.) have grown+fallen to oblivion throughout time, one after another. this is fact, with abundant proof.

why do we lie to ourselves about so much?

Unfortunately the alternatives are not good-old-fashioned "Scouting for Boys". Trail Life seems to have started out without a religious emphasis, but they now interdenominationally Christian. I found the religious aspect of Scouting to be healthy from the view point of making good citizens regardless of their religion.
