what is average?
Around 11”. But I don’t think we’ve even hit average much more than once or so in the last 10 years.

Oregon has been an ABSOLUTE DISASTER when it comes to taking care of their forests. Look at the mess they've allowed to happen. Millions of acres of dead trees, dry brush, and total MISMANAGEMENT. And what happens? The smoke blows right across our beautiful Northwest -- ruining our air quality, harming our people, and making our Country look bad. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Effective immediately, Oregon will be TARIFFED for their awful negligence. We are not going to sit by while other States destroy the environment and make life worse for hardworking Americans.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
