It’s too bad they took away affordable ethical options for us.

I don't like that either. However, there is a moral calculus there, and shockingly, I wind up in the same place as the Pope of Rome and the Jesuits. Who would have thunk it.

There is no such thing as a "moral calculus" when it comes to killing babies and using their tissue to try to prolong our own lives.

Anabaptists are people who are willing to lay down their own lives in order not to do something immoral and sinful. I am not surprised, however, to hear the Catholic church is busy compromising on its principles again. They are very good at a "moral calculus" that justifies killing people.

Must be nice living in a world where everything is black and white and there is never any question about what is right.

What was presented at that political show, masquerading as a hearing were “testimonials, not peer reviewed studies. They ne is unbiased evidence, the other is an N=1 report. These are almost useless in determining what actually works, as there is no comparison to a control. That is such basic science, I teach it to 8th graders, and they understand. No control, no evidence.

Cleveland Clinic doesn’t offer COVID-19 vaccines anymore. If you call and ask for one they send you to a drugstore.

Hey, though, that’s only N=1 of world-class healthcare systems. Maybe Private Equity Consolidated Healthcare, Inc. doing business as Affinity Partners Signify HealthNet in East Upchuck, Iowa is still busy flogging these vaccines.

I would take real testimonials compared to the lies we were told any day
I go through this same skepticism with our doctor when we share what supplements have done for us. He laughs but you can’t argue with the results. Real testimony has value.

“Pick your poison” is simply a saying not saying vaccine is actually a poison. I’ve heard this saying most of my life- not as literal poison.

There is a formulation of ivermectin for humans with parasites. A doctors can write a prescription for it. But taking veterinary formulations for off label indications is simply risky and irresponsible behavior, full stop. As I said, I had a friend who wound up in “A&E” while backpacking. Microwaving your sleeping bag works far better. Do not try if it has a zipper.
