Haven't been very active but that may change soon. Some weeks ago I horsed up my shoulder. I thought it was okay but a week later I partially tore a bicep muscle. Tommorrow I am having surgery to repair the bicep.
I'll be in a plastic cast for a few weeks. I am told this will be a long recovery. I'm still driving truck but not handling any product. Hoping to get back to that as soon as possible.
I'd appreciate your prayers.

A friend of mine tore a biscep and it did take a long time to heal. It's a blessing for have a job you can still do at some level during recovery.

I would hope not. I have seen some real winners out there in 18-wheelers, but the RVers take the cake.

I was at my doctor Saturday and they had to make some adjustments to my meds. Had surgery on Thursday the 6th. All went well. Minimal pain. This past Tuesday I had the original dressing removed and a Robocop-looking brace put on. I can take it off to shower and a few other things ( 
) but I have to sleep in it in a locked angle.
Trying to stay busy at purging a file cabinet and cleaning out closets and such.
