This is a very serious problem.
In the least, it can be fairly concluded that
the world has no answers, not medical professionals, trans activists, politicians, or others. It’s all EXPERIMENTS, and not scientifically-centered, either.
Thankfully, various countries, now including the U.S., are admitting ignorance and backing off - particularly backing away from targeting children, teens, minors, legal dependents. Everyone’s children are not to be the open playground for social engineering and medical experiments. Most wanted to believe that ended decades ago.

Certainly, BIG MONEY skews judgment, the promise of BIG MONEY has driven the push into politics, ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY is a huge temptation/motivation.
Gov systems have been altered to richly reward, protect, even promote, POLITICALLY ORGANIZED MINORITIES, i.e. blocs+lobbies.
Altho initially well-intended, downsides of creating legal “super-citizens” are now evident. Not just wrt trans claims.
Subjecting fully immature dependents to this “package” adults don’t understand, won’t bear good fruit.
The package of exposure, biased “reasoning”, encouragement, indoctrination, along with hormonal treatments, medications, even irreversible surgeries .. on fully immature dependents. Physically, emotionally, spiritually immature. Not mature. Get it??!!
To repeat, BIG MONEY skews judgment.
My starting place would be to remove power from politically organized blocs+lobbies.
