That’s the name of a recipe book Mr CF gave me as a thank you for helping him out of his smoked cheese dilemma. He wrote a note inside the cover saying “Thanks for helping out this old Cheese Idiot”.
At least he’s able to laugh about it and put the mishap into proper perspective.
It’s an interesting light-hearted book. It has recipes for all kinds of mayos, sauces and condiments along with the sandwich ideas. Some of the recipes have a box at the bottom titled “Notes for Idiots” with suggestions for substitutions and how to make certain ingredients like pancakes thick enough to act as the bread.
Pretty cool.

I like to make Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancake sandwiches. I use pancakes for the bread and make a PB and J sandwich with it. Quite good.
