The Bible is very easy to understand. But we Christians are a bunch of scheming swindlers. We pretend to be unable to understand it because we know very well that the minute we understand we are obliged to act accordingly.

He stated in the first video that his comparison would be between conservative churches on both sides not mainline. In this video, he makes extensive reference to evangelical/mainline mennonite churches, including extended quotes from theologians affiliated with MCUSA/MCCanada.
These quotes are on more theological topics rather than practical, so maybe he just couldn't find regularly-accessible quotes from conservative anabaptists on these topics, ad also, that the theological differences in these areas aren't as pronounced between the conservative and mainline mennonites as some practical applications are.

I think he is making a good effort but there's still the issue that there's so many different kinds of Baptists (like there's many different kinds of Anabaptists) that he's fighting an uphill battle. He has made comparisons with mainline big denom Baptists and can't really address the variety of differences in the Baptist churches.
One comparison we can all agree on is that none of them baptize infants. After that it varies as to whether an individual Baptist church will allow children under 12 to be baptized.
