OTOH I’m all on board with avoiding highly processed foods especially highly processed foods that claim they’re good for you. I like cheese. I like ham. I’ll take out a second mortgage just to enjoy a good ribeye (just kidding, the prices on ribeyes haven’t gone up that much-yet.) so I never did understand that claim that highly processed fake meat was healthier.
