I’m interested in the JohnL calendar reforms.
Reverting from the Gregorian calendar to the JohnLian calendar? That would be confusing to the max.

Let's see. I'd make every retiree's month 40 days long to cut down on the utility bills' auto pay fees and keep my SSI check on 28 days. I'd make every set of tires last 10 years no matter how much I drive. At age 65 there would be no more yearly school taxes on property since we don't have kids in school. Anything else for the wish list?

 At age 65, expect these folks to show up in schools, to help out and keep an eye on things.
In private schools and home schools, this often happens, by request/rule, if not by default. Extended families are expected and welcome.

In long-existing cultures, elders are respected and valued. Youth-centric western culture has much to learn.

I’m out the door early this morning to get some gas for the lawnmower. The pollen count is high and there’s the Spring cleanup of the yard I have to do. It’s that time of year we have to be careful of copperheads hiding in the flower beds and leaf litter. I’m wearing my old Justin’s high cowboy boots and also using my long handled rake and long handled cane cutter Just-in case.

Gas prices are plummeting, so you might not want to stock up too much (says the man who filled up his truck with 20 gallons a week ago).

I heard that. Well my grass is cut and the flower beds are raked and have new mulch. I had to take a shower because I was drenched in sweat because it's really muggy outside. After lunch I'm hitting the recliner for a nap. My wife is putting the Cheeseburger casserole in the oven right now.

Well good for you. In my area, gas prices rose $0.42 overnight a few days ago.
