And it sounds like it's not just international travelers having trouble. You might just have GI troubles and that can merit Homeland Security dealing with you and when they deal with you, you have no rights.

A wee little man can’t say, I’m sorry. A big man owns his mistakes and apologizes.
A wee little man trusts himself and his own discernment. A big man is humble enough to know that he needs the counsel and input of others.

Do you think this was related to the recent attempts to scrutinize international travelers more thoroughly?Ernie wrote: ↑Sat Mar 22, 2025 4:39 pm And it sounds like it's not just international travelers having trouble. I think law enforcement, airline personnel, etc. are increasingly up tight and on edge due to the current zeitgeist. As a result, I think many are overreacting in many cases. Can't say I am surprised with everything they see and hear in a week's time.
Without the peace of Jesus, I would likely be up tight and on edge right now as well.

There are two sides to every story. I highly doubt the airline staff made a remark like about how “Jews act”, as is claimed in the article.Ernie wrote: ↑Sat Mar 22, 2025 4:39 pm And it sounds like it's not just international travelers having trouble. Seriously. You really don’t understand. I suppose he won the swing states by voters that were bigots eh?

Did all the lies about Haitians eating cats and dogs and all the other bigoted blather by Trump just go down the memory hole? Bigotry was the centerpiece of his campaign.

Correct.
i’m not sold on The Patriot Act and/or Homeland Security, however, the prior 4 years of MAYORKAS twisting the department into Homeland INsecurity, was a costly travesty that is causing havoc today, it won’t be fixed instantly.
Many were harmed, U.S. citizens and others, with those twisted policies, now the effort to mitigate damages is underway.
NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
We regular people need to do what’s possible to lessen the pain of transition, while respecting the work required.
Many have been put in awful circumstances. i’d like to see the poor policy makers suffer right alongside others paying the price.
Mayorkas first in line. Of course he was doing biden’s/the cabal’s bidding. Unrepentant liar.
Poor leadership, whether due to incompetence or corruption, or both, is to blame.

i’m perfectly comfortable with an older, wiser, more docile Trump.

German Balogna . He did not make that up you know. I thought the bigot accusation was retired by the amount of supporters he has from all walks of life and colors.
