Mennonite Measles in Texas

Things that are not part of politics happening presently and how we approach or address it as Anabaptists.

It’s a bunch of fearmongering.
It is not, until it is.

Than you have a parent grieving for a dead child, when it could have been prevented, but instead took medical advice from an idiot on you tube with no medical education, training or experience. Or even one who did, but had their license revoked.

This is what I mean by fearmongering. Threats your child will die.

We heard all these threats during Covid, that if we didn’t accept the Covid vaccines we would die en masse. It didn’t happen and we are still here.

I never heard that if I didn't accept the COVID vaccine that we would die en masse.

One of the children who died in TX was an otherwise healthy school age boy. I look at my kids and ask if I could live w myself if they died of something so preventable.

Considering measles is eminently treatable and rarely fatal, I would have serious questions for how he was treated or not treated.

I would strongly suspect the medical profession is trying to make an “example” out of the family.

So much for “first, do no harm”. As I’ve told you a bunch of times, I’d gladly have my family take a measles vaccine if one were available that didn’t use stem cells. Are you willing to advocate for this?

No as a Mennonite, I am not worried about the whole stem cell thing. And I am not into conspiracy.

It is not just an empty warning. When Measles hits an unvaccinated population, deaths normally follow. 83 dead in Samoa.

You think using tissue from aborted babies is OK?

I am not entering the debate.

Did your parents vaccinate you?

And saying the medical professionals are making an "example" is conspiracy to me. Going down the road of "trust no one" isn't my thing.

Got it. So you’re fine with using aborted tissue in vaccines?

I have said, repeatedly, I would be fine with using more vaccines if there were real alternatives to stem cells.

Until there are, I will refuse to inject aborted baby parts into my body or my children’s.
