CloudVeil Messenger

Post by R7ehr »

I'm needing some help. I used to have CloudVeil on my phone. Then I deleted the app. Now I want it back. I can get the app on my phone, and it asks for my phone number, so I put that in. And then it says to Enter Code. "We've sent the code to the CloudVeil Messenger app for (my phone number) on your other device." It wants a five digit code. Has a place where I can click "Didn't get the code?" And when I click on that, it opens up an email to sms@telegram.org from my email address, and the message shows my phone number and says that "I can't get an activation code for CloudVeil Messenger. The email also lists the version of Telegram: 10.2.5 and OS: 18.2.1 and Locale: en_US and MNC: 65535

When I send that email, nothing ever comes of it.

My son had that issue. I think Compass Foundation helped him figure it out. But I would suggest contacting CloudVeil support directly. https://www.cloudveil.org/

Thanks Mike! I clicked on the link and called the 888 phone number on the top of that page. After a very brief hold while listening to an instrumental Christian tune, a real person answered. She was very nice and told me that I needed to first download the Telegram app. She stayed on the line while I downloaded Telegram, and made sure that I got the code there. Then I was able to open the CloudVeil app, and get the code for CloudVeil. She didn't do anything technical on her end, just walked me through the process. Very rare do I find such straight forward and cheerful customer service. Good for the Holdemans for operating such at such a great level.
