All of them actually, but I voted top two listed. Not listed is the Georgia/Alabama style served with tomato based sauce which I like as well.

I also like all of them.

NC for pulled pork. Texas for brisket. I live on the tomato line, and I like both Western and Eastern ... but I like Eastern BBQ without the tomato better.
