What are you reading?

In the last few days, I read about 10 books on health/medicine including NO More Heart Disease: How Nitric Oxide Can Prevent--Even Reverse--Heart Disease and Strokes. Now I am starting on biochemistry starting with Biochemistry For Dummies. As I said, since everyone in modern culture is useless and can't be trusted, I decided to learn medicine for myself.

Are these books trustworthy? Wasn't the one on Heart Disease written by a Nobel prize winner?

I am generally skeptical, so I read books to learn but I don't accept everything in books. I use ChatGPT extensively to get more info that confirms or contradicts what I read. Yes, the Heart Disease book was written by a Nobel prize winner, who I don't think is very intelligent but he offers a decent introduction to nitric oxide.

Not only is ChatGPT good, but the OpenAI API (ChatGPT programming interface) is also good. I asked a programmer I know how this is possible and he told me that that the key breakthrough and the initial design was done by a Russian. There do seem to be some decent Russian programmers. I haven't been to Russia, so I can't judge it, but unlike America and Sodom and Gomorrah, it does seem to have at least a few decent people. The web server Nginx is from Russia and is good. And Putin seems like a good political leader. So I assume that Russia isn't fully part of modern culture.
