AI Podcast Transcription

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good (preferably free) audio transcription tool that I could use to transcribe podcasts. It would make note-taking significantly easier. Thanks!

I think it’s going to be difficult to find something with decent quality for free. It’s been awhile but most of the free ones only allow short files which doesn’t work for most podcasts.

Apple Podcasts offers transcription that is quite good in the podcast app. It’s not every podcast and I believe just more recent episodes. I like it because if I’m listening to something that I like I can take a screenshot of the the transcription.

I have an iphone but prefer a different player than apple podcasts.
