Sign language resources or curriculum

Post by Soloist »

Wife: Does anybody have any recommendations for free to low cost online resources or DVDs or classes for learning/practicing ASL? I want to brush up on it as well as teach my children so they can communicate with one of their relatives. Looking for something clean and ideally a Christian curriculum or at least not full of details for how to flirt or the like.

No debate unless it’s written in pig Latin, and eepkay itay ivilsay. I will call the mods on you.

Pig Latin. haven't heard that in a while. Recently I was made aware of Ubbi Dubbi, which as I understand, is along the same lines as pig Latin.

As far as ASL, I would hit up YouTube. I'm sure there are tons of resources there.

Years ago, when I was (trying) to learn morse code, I had a set of CD's that I copied to a MP3 player. But that's a hearing thing, not a seeing thing.
