I have personally encountered these issues in your group from both yourself and others. So either “these” people are getting disciplined or they are not and in my experience the only ones disciplined are for gross violations. That is drift.
To be perfectly clear, I have seen this sort of stuff in every single group.
We have standards against listening to recorded pop music, we have standards that call for simple and modest attire, and definitely have a strong stance against owning firearms or otherwise engaging in armed self defence. I can't think of a specific "standard" but fraudulent financial dealings are not allowed.
We do not have a stance against Internet use but some kind of content filter is required. We have a stance against "recordings", but a lot of people share sermon audio anyway. This is an area I see as being a big problem for drift.
There is a general problem that some people simply don't have convictions about any of these things and will try to do whatever they want. In my experience, most such people eventually end up leaving the church because they don't get along with it anymore. I have been in the unfortunate position to watch this happen to a few people: one was over Q anon conspiracy theories (we don't have a specific stance against that, but it is socially dubious and it is encouraged not to pay so much attention to the news).
It may also not be obvious to if people are being "disciplined" or not. You aren't going to be a party to every private conversation between a member and another member, or a deacon or a minister, or eventually what goes on in a members' meeting to decide to place someone on repentance. People with sincere hearts will be open about that kind of thing, but people with insincere hearts tend to cover it up and try to pretend it isn't happening. People I am not close to in the latter category, I mostly realise something was wrong when I find out they have left the church or they are expelled and don't want to rejoin.
I am not exactly sure what you are asking for here. Our church does have standards but it isn't operated like a "police state" with agents busy trying to catch someone breaking one of the rules and then punishing them for that.
Edit: clearly I do not know how every Holderman church operates but I would point out the same is very true for you as you look up on these churches that used to be Charity.
An important distinction is that Charity churches don't claim to be part of a fellowship and don't have any kind of unified structure, and it can vary quite a bit, and standards are often not written or clarified.
