In the Name of “Mission Work” book about CAM/Mast

Things that are not part of politics happening presently and how we approach or address it as Anabaptists.

In fact, he edited nearly 2 dozen books for CAM in the past. As with all of his work, Andrew took the raw story as written by Dylo himself and edited it only from the basis of English as a second language.
Interesting. I grew up with Andrew. He is a good writer and editor, and like the writer of this book is, I believe, a freelancer.

I am planning to fact check this particular insinuation. And if I get a reply I will post it here.
When lies+exaggerations are printed, complaints, denials, lawsuits are expected to follow. And these can be false, too.
This is not meant to be judgmental about this book, it’s a generalization. i hope you get answers to your questions.

Wait, wait, wait. Maybe two of us here read the book and we are already debunking it? Did I miss a page of this thread?

No. The book MUST be found to be false, because if it is true we have failed. And if we have failed, we are still failing. And if we are still failing, we need to change. And to change would be to admit we were wrong. So it is imperative to cast a shadow whenever possible. To judge. To insinuate. And to discredit.

Yes. I painted with a broad brush.

Can you provide some proof to your claim of "almost daily emails telling what to include in the book," and "the multitude of individuals?" To quote the editor of this book---"This statement is objectionably false."
It’s an interesting question, Ernie do you actually know this? Or are you speculating?

Please tell me I am misreading the tone here. A sexual assault survivor pours his heart out into telling his story... and we're already trying to discredit his account?

I must be misreading what's happening here :?

I heard that this was indeed the case. Randal says the statement is false. So I guess the jury is out on this one.
I have no horse in this race and will be glad to learn if there was "not a multitude of individuals and almost daily emails". I will also be glad to learn whether any opinions and insinuations in the book (apart from the known atrocities) are indeed from the author.

My goal in life is to not form a conclusion until I have heard the whole matter, and to keep compiling information until then.

I'm all for transparency and holding organizations accountable.

Randal says the statement is false.
More precisely, Randal quoted the editor, Andrew Weaver, as saying the statement was false. Unless I misread...
