Could you explain Hunter Biden’s qualifications for a $50,000/mo consulting job for the Ukraine?
I have no idea. Probably none. He's a case study in elite privilege just like most of the children of the elite. And he seems to have traded off on his name for profit which is all too common. Of course none of that is actually illegal. Furthermore, he is a private citizen who has never held any sort of government position at all much less in the White House. If any of that was remotely illegal then all of the Trump spawn would be serving life sentences for all their endless nepotism and graft that makes Hunter Biden look like a complete and total amateur.

If you want to have a discussion about the privileged span of the elite trading on their family name then we can compare Hunter Biden's $50,000 to say Ivanka and Jared pocketing $640 MILLION during their time serving in the White House. Or the cool $2 BILLION that the Saudi's threw Jared's way when he was on his way out. Hunter Biden would have to work 1,067 years at his Burisma job to equal the money that Ivanka and Jared made when they were actually serving in government positions. And he would have to work an additional 3,333 years to equal the parting kiss that the Saudi's gave Jared on his way out. Ivanka and Jared made approximately 9-times more money in a day during every day of Trump's presidency than Hunter Biden made in a month consulting in Ukraine.

Of course none of that is illegal or they would all be in prison. The real relevant question is whether Joe Biden used his position as Vice President to illegally benefit his son, or to corruptly capture ill-gotten gains himself. And there is not the slightest evidence that he did so. If there was then House Republicans would be screaming for impeachment and indictments rather than merely "investigations"

🐝 Jack Dorsey Defiantly States He Has Never Heard Of Twitter
https://babylonbee.com/news/jack-dorsey ... of-twitter
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — In the aftermath of the second wave of what have come to be known as the "Twitter Files" — in which documented evidence is presented that Twitter engaged in systematic practices to suppress and "shadowban" conservative or otherwise dissenting accounts, despite previous claims to not do so — co-founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey has issued a defiant statement that he has, in fact, never heard of Twitter.

"I have no comment on, and indeed, no knowledge regarding anything known as a ‘Twitter,'" Dorsey said. "Any claims to the contrary are untrue and a wholesale misrepresentation. The previous statements attributed to me regarding ‘shadowbanning,' while made by me, were simply not made by me."

Furor continues to grow in the wake of new Twitter owner and CEO Elon Musk authorizing the release of large amounts of internal communications and descriptions of practices under the company's previous regime. "Twitter and its former brain trust have very serious questions to answer," said Senator Ted Cruz in comments to the media. "Mr. Dorsey testified before Congress and denied that Twitter had engaged in such practices. The American people demand the truth."

"I never appeared before Congress," Dorsey said in response. "I'm not here talking to you right now. My name is not Jack Dorsey. I vehemently deny my own existence at this time."

At publishing time, investigations into Dorsey's knowledge of secret Twitter practices were ongoing, as further questions sent to Dorsey remained unanswered as he denied ever providing his previous answers to the first questions.

That is what investigations are for, to see if there are grounds for impeachment. Legally you can't indict someone, unless there are investigations first.

Interestingly, Biden allies gathered in September to discuss a plan to fight the investigations into whether Biden as VP, was in a corrupt influence peddling scheme. They are already planning to attack and intimidate witnesses, John Paul Mac Issac, the Computer repairman, Tony Bobulinski, a former Biden Crime Family business partner, and others. Even though the main stream media and social media, at the threat from the FBI and CIA, have attempted to cover and bury the truth about the corrupt Biden Family, they now think their best shot is intimidation and fear. Same tactic as criminals.

The House Republicans have been very public about their intent to use investigations to attempt to bring down Biden or at least dirty him up going into the 2024 elections. And you are pretending to be surprised that the Biden folks would plan an aggressive defense? Of course they are going to defend themselves. As has every other administration in history when subject to the same thing, going all the way back to the 1792 House investigation of the Washington Administration's military disaster in what were then the Northwest Territories in 1791.

The House Republicans are not attempting to bring down or dirty him up. They are investigating if he was part of a corrupt influence peddling scheme when he was VP. I suspect he did that all himself, with the help of his crime family. .

It's so cute that you believe that Democrats act with political motives and Republicans do not.

Of course Republicans have political motives. But they are investigating to see if crimes were committed. Same as what what the Democrats did between 2016 and 2020. Except the Steele Dossier and the Trump Russian Collusion hogwash turned out to not be true. We will see if there was "Pay to Play" crimes committed by Biden when he was VP.

“From The Rolling Stones to Twitter Files | Matt Taibbi” / 10min
Description:
“Matt Taibbi is a liberal journalist covering finance, sports, political campaigns, international news, and more,
from a subjective– often satirical– style that’s done quite well for him.

But as we’ve seen, the Left has now fractured - castigating liberals like Matt who don’t accept their orthodoxy without question.”

✏️ Nick WROTE:
“Taibbi is an old school journalist.
One of the handful of the remaining.
I don't always agree with his positions, but I can at least respect his principled approach to his work.
Can't wait to see the whole interview.
Musk made a good call letting Taibbi and Weiss handle the rollout of the Twitter files.“
More on this:

The Twitter Filer | Ben Interviews Matt Taibbi / 11:35min

Description:
Ben Shapiro interviews Matt Taibbi, the independent journalist that took part in dropping The Twitter Files.
Ben Shapiro finds out if his name is in the files,
the professional jealousy Taibbi is facing,
and if there will be more Twitter Files released.

Dan Patterson WROTE:
I think this country owes a huge debt to Elon Musk for exposing this duplicity.
