Really looks like Elon is in over his head. Firing half the employees, then deciding he needs some of them back less than 3 days later. Trying to roll out new programs in the span of a week, (mind you, doing this while he fires half the workforce) and now banning parody accounts (so much for free speech)

give it a few months.
and remember, power-vultures are out, with ruffled feathers and extra time on their hands.

Musk tweeted lies to his 105 million followers.
Can you show this lie you are talking about. I just started using Twitter, am following Musk and saw no lie. This sounds like disinformation and now I wonder if I should moderate you. :laugh

He re-tweeted a baseless story from a sketchy web site that claimed that the Paul Pelosi attack was some sort of gay prostitute sex encounter gone array. And claimed there was a possibility that there was more to the story than meets the eye. And then pulled his tweet down several hours later. That is why you can't find it. Musk deleted it. But you can find news coverage of the event it on other sites. For example: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/el ... -rcna54717

All of those conspiracy stores about this being a gay prostitute sex scandal have since been entirely debunked. Was Musk himself lying? I guess that is in the eye of the beholder. What he did was send send someone else's lies out to his 105 million followers and said "there is a tiny possibility that this might be true" When in fact there was no possibility that it was true. Does adding the disclaimer that "there is a tiny possibility that this is true" give one license to tweet out and repeat any false conspiracy theory that one wants? Most people don't think so. It is still baseless character assassination either way.

That isn't the sort of behavior that instills confidence in corporate advertisers who were already skeptical of Musk's management and the direction of Twitter under his ownership. And is part of the series of events that has led to what is apparently a tidal wave of advertisers abandoning or putting a pause on their twitter advertisements.

That is not a lie. That is an opinion. You saying he lied is disinformation.

I said he re-Tweeted lies. Which he did. I didn't claim they were his lies. The article he re-tweeted was full of lies and misinformation. Which is presumably why he took down his tweet a few hours later.

Musk tweeted lies to his 105 million followers. Which he later retracted but never apologized for.

I simply pointed out that "This story says a LOT more about Musk than it does Pelosi. It sounds more like Elon Musk is far too irresponsible to be owning Twitter."

But please, do tell us what you think is actually clever and useful about re-tweeting lies from a notorious troll site that is famous only for publishing lies and false information.
Seems you are editing your quote. Here is your exact quote.

I read the re-tweeted article Musk posted on Twitter before it was removed. If I recall correctly the article clearly stated at the beginning that it's contents were an "opinion" and NOT verified facts on what happened.

Nevertheless, the media is going to great lengths to cover up what truly happened. There are more holes in the Paul Pelosi story than there is in swiss cheese.
