I never made such a claim about surgeries, and you keep repeating the lie that I did.
Shall we go to the record? These were your words not mine. I will admit my recollection was wrong. You claimed it was children 12 and under not 13-year olds. So I will stand corrected on that point:
My statement was “whether or not schools should be providing pills to 12 and 13 year olds”, which transsexual advocates claim school nurses and other medical providers should do without parental consent. I don’t think they should and this has not been the norm for any other medical care provided by schools.
You keep bleating that none of this is actually going on, yet it is. Then you take what others say, misquote them, and try to paint them as extremists. It’s tiresome.
You lied about me and claimed I said that “sex change surgeries are being performed in schools”. I did not. Are you willing to apologise for repeatedly lying about what I said?
I quoted your statement in full above. So now you are saying that you were just going on about a bunch of ridiculous hypotheticals that aren't actually actually happening in real life? Is that what you are now saying?
If so then it certainly wasn't clear from the context of your post which I cited right there above. There are four separate claims made in your post above. Feel free to clarify which hypothetical you admit is not true and which (if any) you are claiming actually happens:
1. Schools are providing sex change surgery to 12 year olds (or younger) and hiding it from their parents
2. Schools are providing sex change pills to 12 year olds (or younger) and hiding it from their parents
3. Clinics are providing sex change surgery to 12 year olds (and younger) and hiding it from their parents
4. Clinics are providing sex change pills to 12 year olds (and younger) and hiding it from their parents.
Your ending question "do you think that is a good thing" implies you are suggesting such things exist. To answer your question. No, I don't think any of those four things would be good things. Nor do I think any of those four things are actually happening so it is a moot point.

ASHBURN, Va. (7News) — Virginia parents could face a felony or misdemeanor charge if they do not affirm their child’s sexual orientation and gender identity, according to a state lawmaker with plans to introduce the legislation in Virginia's upcoming legislative session.

Here's what I said:
What is at question here is whether or not schools and clinics should be providing sex change surgery and pills to 12 year olds (or younger) and hiding it from their parents.
Do you think that's a good thing?
"should" is a hypothetical. I never claimed the exact scenario above is happening anywhere.
Nor do I think any of those four things are actually happening so it is a moot point.
This seems to have been your argument about basically any culture-war topic, and it's tiresome. We bring up things that are actually happening. The context for my statement you quoted was about a situation in Scotland where, yes, a school or school worker actually was trying to accommodate young children engaging in transsexual behaviour without their parents' knowledge.
Ken, adults can discuss hypotheticals, and adults can also observe that a "slippery slope" is happening where things that used to be unthinkable become commonplace and then mandated by law. That is exactly what has happened with gay marriage in America; we now have litigants demanding that businesses engaging in the kind of commerce my business engages in MUST perform creative services for a gay wedding. The Supreme Court will be hearing this soon.
And no, I don't think a future in which I am forced to write text supporting a gay wedding or transsexualism in children is a positive change for the future. Your claims that "none of these things are happening" does not make it actually so.
Communist minister of Spain says children should be able to have sex with whoever they want to.
(It's in Spanish but read the subtitles.)
This is it. This is the end game of these queer theorists and gender ideologues: the sexualization of children. It was always going to end up here. This is what all these drag queen story hours mean, and these "family-friendly drag shows". It's all about sexualizing children and grooming them to become prey for pedophiles -- sorry, "Minor-Attracted Persons."

Understandable, considering the hopelessness of lib policies.

i’m glad you can laugh. it should be laughable!
i cry and ask God why does the world have to be beset with these things?! in all honesty, i don’t see it.
it makes me seriously think of purgatory - when i wasn’t raised to think of it, at all.
Activist-proponents are human-law-literate, politically active, powerful in both law and funding.
Scott Newgent wasn’t exaggerating when stating: “Your children don’t stand a chance.”
When America’s First Law Bans “Gender” infection Procedures for Minors” in Arkansas last year, sparked a wave of similar legislation.
But legislative proposals in a dozen other states withered on the vine, while the Arkansas law faced an immediate court challenge that temporarily blocked the law from taking effect in July 2021.
Since then, Alabama and Arizona have gone ahead and passed their own versions of the Arkansas Act, while California took a 180-degree turn to protest the restrictions. Last month, California became the first “sanctuary” state in the country to welcome out-of-state youth who seek puberty inhibitors, cross-sex hormones, and surgery.
and now, the Arkansas law, called The Protection of Adolescents from Use (SAFE) Act, Leading up to the trial in Little Rock from October 17th is closely watched from all sides.
The result will determine how lawmakers and activists across the country plan their next steps in the evolving controversy over medical intervention transgender– Identification of minors ..
.. ‘Essential’ or ‘Experimental’?
James Moody Jr., judge in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
US District Court Judge James Moody Jr. must decide a case that pits American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Against Arkansas officials who are defending the SAFE Act.
The ACLU argues that the SAFE Act unconstitutionally denies “medically necessary” treatment to youth with gender dysphoria, a persistent distress about one’s gender.
In its lawsuit, the ACLU is representing four gender-dysphoric children, aged 9 to 16 at the time of filing in May 2021, and two doctors who provide “gender-affirming care.”
The parents of the children described a significant improvement in attitude and a reduction in anxiety after counseling and, in some cases, treatment with hormones.
Parents worrying about what will happen to their children if the law is enforced should abruptly stop treatment.
Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Routledge countered that the state is obligated to protect teens from “experimental” treatments that could permanently alter their still-developing bodies. He and other proponents of the SAFE Act say the long-term effects of the treatment remain unknown. ..
possibility of multiple appeals
The case serves as the country’s first test of the constitutionality of such a law, Danielle Weatherby, an associate professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law told The Epoch Times.
Weatherby said, whichever way the judge rules, “this is just the beginning of a wild ride.”
She predicts that a number of appeals will follow, along with legislative proposals in several states.
From a legal perspective, Moody’s decision would only be considered a precedent within the Eighth Circuit, a six-state federal court area that includes Arkansas.
At least two Eighth Circuit states, Iowa and Missouri, introduced bills similar to the SAFE Act. (The rest of the states are Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.)
If the ACLU prevails and ends the Moody’s SAFE Act, “it would mean that no state in the Eighth Circuit would be allowed to pass one of these laws,” Weatherby said.
When Moody’s agreed to temporarily block Arkansas from implementing the SAFE Act, it was required to base that decision on a “reasonable likelihood” that the ACLU would prevail in its lawsuit.
Arkansas sought to reverse Moody’s decision, but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit upheld the preliminary injunction.
Thus, both Moody’s court and appeals court have telegraphed that they are leaning towards the ACLU’s arguments in the case.
But Moody is expected to consider the five-day-long testimony, leaving open the possibility that he may still maintain the safe act. ..
.. Court dispute ‘reversible’ tag
On a personal level, Weatherby said she cares about the outcome of the case because she knows many transgender people and their families.
“I know that after working with transgender children, they do not take this decision lightly to undergo gender-change medical procedures, she said. “And I feel lost in the conversation.”
He is also aware of the debate over whether “gender-affirming care” is safe and effective. She said this decision has to be made by each family in consultation with doctors, and “do what we can with the knowledge we have, as these children are suffering from some fear, anxiety and depression.”
An unusual argument in favor of the SAFE Act relies on a British court ruling as opposed to one in the United States.
“When there is no precedent, we look elsewhere,” Weatherby said.
Rutledge, the attorney general, wrote, “the SAFE Act responds to widespread, growing international concerns” over body-altering medical treatments being performed on the still-developing bodies of minors.
She noted that, months before the SAFE Act was approved, the High Court in the United Kingdom “determined that children could never understand the irreversible consequences of using puberty-inhibiting drugs as a transition process. “
The UK court also rejected the claim that the effects of puberty blockers are “fully reversible” if the patient stops using the drugs.
Instead, the court found: “The developments and experiences missed during adolescence, can never really be cured or ‘reversed’.”
In its initial complaint against Arkansas, the ACLU declared: “Puberty-delayed treatment is reversible.”
But further down on the same page, the ACLU cites professional guidelines describing the “partially irreversible effects” of those prescriptions.
Such conflicts arise because science is unstable, Arkansas officials have argued. ..

i pray a way is found to close the doors to the present “highway” political activists have crafted+exploited in the U.S. legal system that immediately leads to access to the Public Treasury for any+every rag-tag minority imagineable to infiltrate, then to bully the majority.
the “highway” that enables these rag-tag experiments to run like wildfire through gov schools, libraries, AND healthcare, needs to be shut down. like so many train tracks have been removed from use.
the legal system problems need to be 1) identified, 2) ended. God bless Matt Walsh. an important step. just one step!
it’s a crying shame it had to come to this. children.
it will not be easy to reverse. Matt W hit the tip of the iceberg in Tennessee.
activists have established LEGAL PRECEDENT (so they firmly believe) - along with deep pockets, represents a formidable problem,
no matter how roundly unthinkable to any well-adjusted adult human brain.
