This has been in and out of the news for a few years now. He tried the "sovereign citizen" plea and it made his case worse.

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.

Be subject for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether it be to the emperor as supreme, or to governors as sent by him to punish those who do evil and to praise those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.

Yes.

IIRC, Miller has made numerous promises and the judge has given numerous second chances as a result of those promises. Miller keeps firing his lawyers to drag it all out, so he's working the system so to speak.

The powers that be just want him to come into compliance. They're not asking anything more than they ask of anyone else that does the same thing.

What happens if you believe the governing authorities are demanding you poison your food before selling it?

Stop selling food?
That would seem to violate the greater good principle.

Based on what? How is the government demanding that Mr. Miller poison his food before selling it?

You can believe whatever you want, doesn't make it true.
