Actually, I take that back. I shouldn't be embarrassed when an article is using quote marks to say someone said something that is not true that this is what they said. Personally I draw the line on what the world falsely claims a Christian has said and I am to regard this as funny. Anyway, had to get that off my chest about being mis-led by this article. I'm not an Osteen fan for sure but to make up lies about him to be funny is going too far to join in.

In context it is clearly satire (clear to me, that is) and therefore not a lie as there is no intent to deceive or mislead.
