So much for the supposed protection of getting vaxxed.
Maybe the best to hope for is the vaccines are all placebos, a harmless money-making ruse to access the Public Treasury in big ways.
Except that in many places the only ones getting sick are the ones who were already vaxxed. It is part of a larger plan to control the masses. The unvaxxed are now regarded as domestic terrorists if you listen to the president.

As my vaccinated coworker (sick likely with covid) gets told to come to work by HR, this news article sticks out...

Combined with
Please reuse the single use isolation garb
directive from management... At least I've had covid... Its funny though seeing my fellow unvaccinated coworkers with their special approved masks (that are worthless but approved by again... HR...) start wearing N95s... while I continue with my respirator.

Hospital with the empty ER waiting area... Dr saying the monoclonal therapy isn't useful for Omicron... this is an odd time for us... Everyone is going to get covid at my work...

If they got tired of the rancor, the squabbling, and the rudeness and decided to live their lives in peace, would you blame them???

No, for sure. Sometimes we have to flee from settings that are more of a spiritual drain on us than a building up. I have taken a few breaks and perhaps the next one will be my final. I really need to find a place where the Holy Spirit is recognized as the crucial need for us to live a God directed life. I don't see where this is shared by many here. At least, not to the point of discussion.

Newest update on the madness, first patient (unvaccinated) is doing fine so far, second patient who was sick for nearly a week without getting tested was finally tested (vaccinated w booster) is positive too... One co-worker who left on vacation last week is stuck out of the country with positive covid (maybe from the second patient)...

I can't work if my test comes back positive asymptomatic or not while my co-workers who are vaccinated have to work even if they test positive asymptomatic or not :laugh

In other news, I've got IgG's going strong and per my doc I'm immune.

So why don't you initiate such a thread? We can share testimonies of how God has led us, provided for us, and used us by the power of his Holy Spirit.

yeah.
it’s discouraging how serious words+phrases+accusations are irresponsibly+loosely bantered-about.
the recent example of young parents showing up at school board meetings (where they should be) being labeled domestic terrorists because they want to protect their young children is another reflection of shameless hyperbole.

Wouldn’t have guessed those two would run off together. :P
They speak 2 different languages, but can still find ways to harmonize.

i guess, Max being RCC would be LP, boot, BW.

yes. i’m playing around on the internet tonight.
hope they find it comical.

What a pairing, LP and BW, opera and R&B/Soul.
Barry W looks relaxed and happy, what an experience for him in Italy, such a venue. Very interesting combination.
LP did a number of these unexpected duos, i’m not sure how many. i’ve enjoyed listening+viewing each one i’ve stumbled upon.
