Interestingly, you can’t sue vaccine manufacturers either.
It seems the Lancaster County Amish didn't get the memo about not suing.

Who're they filing lawsuits against?

Well Fauci said that questioning him is questioning science. In the religion of Scientism, where Fauci is the pope, The advisory panel will need to be burned at the stake of social cancellation due to their heretical questioning of boosters. As the holy see of scientism, the CDC must follow the orthodox doctrine of Fauci, and provide blessed boosters for all.

Who does it harm? I spent a lot of time explaining my logic and reason to people to like boot and Ken. I tend to get crickets afterwards. At least Rhetorical sarcasm gets a response.

Here in Lancaster County breakthrough cases are on the rise. I posted a portion of the article beings there is a pay wall.
Just two months ago, health officials were characterizing breakthrough COVID-19 cases among the vaccinated as exceedingly rare, pointing to hospitalization and fatality data. But now with the number of breakthrough cases on the rise in Lancaster County and elsewhere, infectious disease experts worry vaccine immunity may be waning.

Nearly 30% of COVID-19 admissions at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Friday are vaccinated patients, according to health system data. Just 10 days ago, the percentage was about 15%.

Most — but not all — of the infectious disease experts with whom LNP | LancasterOnline spoke blamed, in part, increased viral transmissibility and waning vaccine protection.

“The rise is multifactorial and has to do with the presence of the delta variant, more community transmission, more people (especially the vaccinated) getting comfortable with a baseline risk, and possible waning of protection against infection,” Dr. Amesh Adalja, an infectious diseases physician and senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, said in an email.

Another hospital system here in Lancaster County, Wellspan Health, to date, won't report the amount of breakthrough cases.

It is interesting that the claim is made that when vaccinated people get the vaccine, their Covid symptoms are mild. Yet apparently these 30% of breakthrough cases were serious enough to put the people in the hospital.

Just a note, I am not opposed to the vaccine.

Boot and Ken are not the audience listening to you or watching your posts. The silent majority out there will decide based on the tenor of your posts if your witness is sincere and your cause just.

Out of the 74 total infected, 33 were fully vaccinated and of the five residents who died, one was fully vaccinated

The vaccinated share of Covid mortality in Alberta over the last 120 days has ticked up by 1% over the last week to just over a third. The trailing period moves with each update so with the addition of each new week of results the oldest week in May drops off the total.

We don’t know what the current rate is for severe outcomes over the last month or last few weeks because Alberta Health doesn’t provide that information. I think this is unfortunate because it would more relevant than the numbers they are posting. The 120 day total currently begins at a point when only 8% of eligible Albertans were fully vaccinated so it is considerably understated in terms of what is happening right now. All we know is that it’s higher, maybe a lot higher. I would say that the vaccinated percentage of Covid deaths is in the 40s at least.

This means that the vaccine still offers substantial protection since 70% eligible Albertans are now fully vaccinated. But we also know that that protection is steadily declining. It’s interesting that this mortality rate is much higher than the vaccinated hospitalization rate which is reported at only 25%. I assume that a lot of the deaths take place in nursing homes and are of people who never see the inside of a hospital.

Alberta’s withholding of current information for severe incomes relative to vaccine status continues to irritate me because I perceive that it is being done to pump up the advantages of vaccination more than the actual results would warrant. I should be used to this by now, but still the public is not well served by the strategic withholding of information.
