Things that are not part of politics happening presently and how we approach or address it as Anabaptists.

That looks like a completely bogus graph. I don't know where you got it. But you can surf yourself over to the actual Israeli Ministry of Health Covid Dashboard which your graph says is the source and find nothing at all that resembles that data. It is actually the exact opposite. It is right here. Any of you can go straight to the source and not rely on sources that appear to be distorting or falsifying the data: https://datadashboard.health.gov.il/COV ... m=referral

You right-click and have google translate it from the Hebrew. It seems that Google translates "booster" as "impulse" The actual death rate graphs for people over 60 by vaccination status look like this. I will screenshot directly from the site:

And the actual severe illness rates by vaccination status look like this

And the most recent reporting on Israeli deaths by vaccination status was done by Haaretz in this article from last Friday (I'll screenshot the page to show the graphs)

So reverence for life means we have to extend it at all costs, unnaturally, at the expense of the lives of aborted babies?

That doesn't sound like Christianity, that sounds like paganism.
And it is good thing we aren't doing anything like that then with respect to Covid. Guess what Neto. As of today, we have administered 389 MILLION vaccine doses here in the US, and 5.95 BILLION doses of Covid vaccine worldwide and not one single baby was aborted to make that happen. As a result, many hundreds of thousands of lives have been saved, both young and old. Parents, children, grandparents, teachers, neighbors, nurses, doctors, friends, relatives. Everyone one of those lives are important. Not just to their family, friends and co-workers. But I believe to God as well.
Not sure what Neto has to do with this...
I was responding Neto equating Covid vaccines with paganism.

I intended a jab at Ken for supporting abortion. But since you mention extension of life at all costs, I'm not sure that's really "reverence" for life.

ah, that was subtle. didn't pick up on that one.

I just think that dignity and acceptance of death is a part of reverence for life. Not frantically trying to stay alive as long as possible.

I don't support abortion and nowhere here on this forum have I ever stated I support abortion. Where I disagree with most here is that I don't believe that criminalizing abortion is the best way to go about reducing abortions. It didn't work for drugs and it won't work for abortions. What I actually believe is that giving women options other than abortion is the best way to reduce the number of abortions in this country. My view is actually consistent with the previous positions of both the Southern Baptist Church and the Mennonite Church with respect to abortion before the issue became weaponized by the political right.

You have to use the raw hebrew data to get fatality rate for severe cases. It's not a generalized death rate. It's showing that there is something going with boosters, probably why the FDA advisory panel defied Biden and Fauci, and recommended against them.

And no, that is most definitely NOT why the FDA recommended against boosters for the general population but only for health care workers and the elderly and vulnerable.

A native Hebrew speaker sent it to me, but I assume they got it online.

And you know the reason why they made their decision? I'm sure it wasn't political at all...

I don't speak Hebrew, so I can't really validate that graph I posted earlier.

I think this one is a little harder to debunk. Vaccines are not helping in Bermuda...
