Find attached a legal opinion on the document to which I was incorrectly referring to as an NDA. The proper term for this document is a discontinuance. As the legal counsel noted, the discontinuance does contain an NDA clause within it.
The victims interpretation of being "silenced" by the document was warranted:
"One must bear in mind that this agreement implies that _________ can speak of the abuse that happened
to him by Mast only with Judicial authorities and forbidden to speak of the financial arrangement that
he obtained from CAM."
