What I find interesting is that every member of the KKK in politics, like Strom Thurmond or Byrd, or even outside politics, are all die hard Democrats.

There are KKK members in both parties. Most KKK members in the South were Democrats back in the day, most white supremacists today seem to oppose the Democratic party and many aligned strongly with Trump.

But Democrats are not Communists and Republicans are not Nazis. They are the two mainstream parties in the United States.

Well, I assume black people decide who to vote for the same way white people do. After the Civil War, Republicans stood up for civil rights and blacks were overwhelmingly Republican. When Democrats stood up for their rights in later years, there was a shift.
It wasn’t until Harry Truman garnered 77 percent of the black vote in 1948 that a majority of blacks reported that they thought of themselves as Democrats. Earlier that year Truman had issued an order desegregating the armed services and an executive order setting up regulations against racial bias in federal employment.

Even after that, Republican nominees continued to get a large slice of the black vote for several elections. Dwight D. Eisenhower got 39 percent in 1956, and Richard Nixon got 32 percent in his narrow loss to John F. Kennedy in 1960.

But then President Lyndon B. Johnson pushed through the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 (outlawing segregation in public places) and his eventual Republican opponent, Sen. Barry Goldwater, opposed it. Johnson got 94 percent of the black vote that year, still a record for any presidential election.

The following year Johnson signed the 1965 Voting Rights Act. No Republican presidential candidate has gotten more than 15 percent of the black vote since.

Really? We do have a few, public schools and a progressive income tax. But private property is alive and well, the USA is not a Communist country.
1. Abolition of private property in land and application of all rents of land to public purpose.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc.

The Democrats have always been in control of Detroit, and had a very negative view of Black people in the 1940's.

The Democratic party is the reason for the Jim Crow laws, while the Republicans issued the Emancipation Proclamation and 13th,14th Amendments to free the Black slaves.

So why do Black people vote "Democrat" today?

Here is a graph from the Washington Post:

Image

Article: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the ... emocratic/

It looks like the Civil Rights legislation of Kennedy / Johnson "bought" the Black vote. Lyndon Johnson said that the money from the Civil Rights and Welfare programs would have the Black people voting for the Democratic party for the next 100 years. Except he did not say "Black people", he used another word.

Buying someone off for their vote is another form of control, or slavery to a system. Using everyone's tax money to buy votes of an ethnic group enslaves everyone that has to pay for it.

To one degree or another, the Democratic Party has enacted the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto as law here in the USA. Socialism has killed the economy of every country that has tried it. And everyone, including black voters, is becoming tired of socialism.

That is why people like Black political leaders Candace Owens and others are encouraging Black voters to leave the Democratic Party. The freedom that everyone wants - is the freedom to escape the Communism / Socialism of the Democratic Party. People want jobs, not another stimulus handout.

This is why Donald Trump was so successful with the Black voters, and received more Black votes than any other Republican Presidential candidate.

My black friends love Barack Obama, but they could not see that Obama made any real difference in their personal lives - while Donald Trump did. That is why so many Black people voted for Trump.

I am not Republican or Democrat, and I don't like Trump, but Trump got rid of an incredible amount of regulations and bureaucracy (i.e. Socialism) and grew a healthy economy. That is the sole reason he is popular with Black voters. Not his hair, or his personality.

For MLK and the Freedom Riders, they did not protest so they could be put on a new "Housing Project" plantation, with free food stamps and having Welfare clerks as their new overseers. They wanted their freedom to start a business, and create jobs for themselves.

What MLK said in his "I Have a Dream" speech, is that he hoped that one day, a man would be judged by his character, and not by the color of his skin. What noble words.

Yet, to the Democrats and the Main Stream Media, it is all about race. Anytime someone is killed by the police, the first question is, what was the skin color of the policeman and the person killed? If the policeman is white, and the person killed is black, an entire city is burned down, due to the racism of the Media and the Democratic Party. If there is any other combination of skin color, the incident is ignored.

Now we have "Critical Race Theory", which is a type of racism against White people that originated from Marxism, and the unworkable "reparations for slavery" - which is wealth redistribution from White to Black based on skin color. These ideas are both from the Democratic Party, and threaten to break this country in half. MLK would not approve. He said it was not about skin color. We should be "color blind". We should be unified, not divided over race.

My question has always been: How can a Christian support abortion, homosexuality, and a blatant form of racism as described above? By "virtue signaling" that we are not racist, we have created another form of racism.

I don't think the Democratic party ever escaped its racist roots, they just changed their tactics.

And they thought they could make MLK into their puppet, to create racial division. For if the people are unified, they will see the political class as the true source of their problems. That is why Hoover had King killed because he would unite all of us, while Hoover left Stokely Carmichael and others to promote racial division and the burning of their own cities.

The "real" Black Panthers formed by Pickney and others in 1967 was about supporting the Black Community. It was infiltrated by Hoover's FBI and turned into a vehicle of racism. This is what they hoped to do with MLK, and he rebuffed them, and paid the price. What a good Christian man, and martyr.

I understand King studied the life of Gandhi on how to overcome political injustice through non-violence. Gandhi corresponded with Tolstoy, who wrote his famous "Letter to a Hindu" to Gandhi on the principles of non-violence. Tolstoy got his ideas by reading and putting into practice the words of Christ, and ignoring Paul, Luther, Calvin and all of the rest.

It was the principles of Non-Violence, as stated by Christ, that made Martin Luther King a Christian. That is why he rejected Communism, abortion, and all of the rest of it.

When you purchase your home as "private property", your "ownership" is listed as "joint tenancy" or "tenants in common." This is because you are a tenant on the land that the government claims as its own.

Quit paying your property tax and you will find out who really owns your land. You have only the "illusion of ownership" as a tenant paying rent.

Nevada and one other state issues "allodial title" where you do not have to pay your rent to the government as a "property tax". But that is not you or me.

The government also retains the right to enforce "eminent domain" on your property and take it away from anyone as they please. And they can regulate what you can and cannot do on your "own property" with various zoning laws.

So do you really have "private property" in the USA? It is an illusion.

You are right to say that the USA is not a "Communist country" because Marx said that Communism can only exist after every country in the world has become Socialist and the State has "withered away". That is laughable statement for the naive that follow Marxism, but valid Marxist doctrine.

So, there has never been a Communist country, only Socialist countries. The USSR was the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The Nazis were National Socialists. Every Socialist country has been a failure economically, and a catastrophe for individual liberty. Name one that worked!

So when you look at the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto that they are not in the USA, be sure to consider the Inheritance Tax, the Federal Reserve, the FCC and TSA, the effort to create the Ex Patriot Act and implementation of the FATCA laws, the USDA and OSHA, and other laws and regulations. There is a lot of socialism in the USA.

I thought this quote from your link to Chicago Activist Unchained in 2014 under Obama's policies was priceless:
McKinley explains that black americans are in an “abusive relationship with black leadership…There not pushing a black agenda, they’re not pushing a family agenda, they’re pushing a neo-liberal agenda.”

They always talk about black on black crime, and when you here the words black on black crime, the first thing you think of is a black man is a black man robbing you or breaking in your house, and that is a black on black crime. But lets take it one step further. There’s a black on black crime down in city hall, there’s a black on black crime down in all the state capitols in America, where all the black folks are voting against our interests.”

“We’re always talking about what the Republican’s ain’t done for us, but my life has been hurt by democrats,” Watkins says, “this lot where I stand right now, Ida B. Wells, where public housing residents used to live at, most of the people are homeless living in the street. It’s because of you, Mr. President.

“They (black leaders) forced us into a life of welfare, we don’t welfare,” Carter explains, “we want opportunities to go to work, we want opportunities to own businesses.”

Carter says the strategy behind the president’s focus on raising minimum wage is because, “he (the president) knows this is a way to get a lot of the poor peoples attention, but, to hell with your minimum raise wage, we don’t have any jobs, minimum wage raise for what?”

“Everywhere you go, there is poverty in black areas.” Ward says, “It’s the same way in every black community across the country….How can the same process happen over and over again, and can’t nobody do nothing about it?”
It is the Neo-liberalism of Obama and the Democrats that has enslaved so many people, regardless of color. They promise us "free stuff" without having to work. This is the new entrance to modern slavery. The chains are "free" now, have all you want.

Voddie Baucham does an excellent job helping us to understand the problem with Critical Race Theory. Excellent!

The now missing video, Chicago Unchained, was excellent. It was 4-5 minutes of excellent.
i hope they bring it back, and/or make the entire text available.
i’m glad they shared the text they did. i’d like to read the transcript.

Voddie Baucham breaks it down. He’s multilingual. He’s fluent in street language, everyday English, academia. And scriptures.
All that, and he CHOOSES scriptures. :D

Property tax existed long before Communism or Socialism. Here's a history of property tax in the United States. I believe you live in Tennessee?
1. The Tennessee constitution of 1796 included a unique provision requiring taxation of land to be uniform per 100 acres.
2. One thousand dollars of personal property and the products of the soil in the hands of the original producer were exempt in Tennessee.
3. The Michigan provision required that the legislature provide a uniform rule of taxation except for property paying specific taxes.
4. Except for taxes on slaves.
5. Nevada exempted mining claims.
6. One provision in Idaho requires uniformity as to class, another seems to prescribe uniform taxation.

Eminent domain goes back to ancient times and it is found in the American Constitution. Do you think ancient Rome was Communist or Socialist? What about early America?

To the extent that you really have private property in any country of the world, from ancient times on, yes. There have always been taxes and regulation and eminent domain.

In the United States, the government does not own the farms, the factories, the hospitals, or the airlines. It does tax them and regulate them. The distinction is important, this is why the United States is neither socialist nor Communist.

Right. I think this is the kind of thing that the Civil Rights movement was about.

And MLK was no Communist. But people like J. Edgar Hoover tried to smear him as a Communist to tear him down and stop them from achieving this kind of equality. Which is a good reason to check facts carefully before throwing these labels around to discredit people.

In the United States, the government does not own the farms, the factories, the hospitals, or the airlines. It does tax them and regulate them. The distinction is important, this is why the United States is neither socialist nor Communist.
The "private property" laws in the USA came from the English Common Law, where the King owned all of the land, and could take it from anyone that disagreed with him. The land tax is rent or "tribute money" paid to the actual owner of the land. Because someone is habituated to paying tribute money from ancient times does not mean that no tribute money is being paid.

All that is necessary to create "socialism" is to raise the rent of the land to 100% of what the land can produce. Then everything you produce from the land, farm, factory, would go back to the sovereign who owns it, with you being considered chattel property, like a mule that pulls the plow.

I understand that if we add up all of the taxes paid to the government (property, sales, income, gasoline, excise, estate, tobacco, alcoholic beverage, ad valorem, perhaps an "ad nauseum" tax if they could - then your effective tax rate is 55% of everything that you earn.

So, you might say that we are only 55% socialized. In Sweden I believe there was a 95% tax rate, and everyone understood Sweden was a socialized country. So the USA is 45% non-Socialist at this point, with the other 55% being Socialist, or what some call Communist.

The difference between this taxation/socialist model and Christianity, is that Christian socialism is voluntary. You can give as you have been prospered, and give only to worthy causes.

Many years ago, there was a debate about the "War Tax", whether non-violent Christians should give their tax money to pay for the various wars the USA creates. The answer was, no we need to pay the war tax or we will go to jail, and we can't determine how much tax should be withheld.

But if our taxes were voluntary for each thing the government offered to us, imagine the freedom we would have. For example, if on your 1040 IRS form, there was a checkbox where you said that you were morally opposed to war and did not want to pay for the occupation of Iraq, then you could take $500 off your income tax. If you were opposed to the war in Afghanistan, take off another $500.

Everyone would check the box. Our wars would end.

With this freedom on the IRS 1040 form, I think pacifism would triumph over war, and freedom over socialism. No one wants to pay for war, and no one wants to pay for socialism.

Also, you could choose not to pay for Trump's border wall, or be "all in" on the wall. Now that is freedom.

The outcome of this "voluntary taxation" is that nearly everyone would avoid paying for things they do not need, and no one would choose to be socialized. And we would have a MUCH SMALLER GOVERNMENT, as people really do not want what is being "provided" to them at their own expense.

It is no coincidence that every socialist country has found the need to put barbed wire around their country to keep their people in (Iron Curtain, Bamboo Curtain, North Korea). Otherwise, the people would "vote with their feet" and run from socialism.

I found the uniform taxation of land in Tennessee you quoted to be interesting. Before the amendment to the Constitution to allow a graduated income tax, I believe there was a universal poll tax in the Constitution, which kept the tax low. Now there is a graduated income tax, and it is high for the middle class, but dodged by the upper class. Only the middle class pays taxes in the USA.

With a variable tax rate for land, the property assessor can raise the taxes on enemies, and lower it for his friends. It is like loopholes in the IRS code for certain people but not for all. The rich in our country hate a sales tax where they have to pay tax on everything they consume, but love the income tax where they can find exemptions and pay nothing at all. Tennessee has a sales tax, but no State income tax. I love it.

I understand Bill Gates and Warren Buffet have donated their stock to their own tax free foundations to avoid taxation. There is no "fair share" of taxes, except for the middle class.

Socialism and Fascism are really the same, the means of production is either owned by the State under Socialism or by the Corporations under Fascism. But the true owners of the means of producing wealth are still the same people, and not you. And as George Carlin said, "It is a private club, and you ain't in it!"

Socialism, Fascism, Capitalism - these are all words that describe the general outline of an economic system. But any of these systems can tax a person to take away their freedom to benefit an elite super class.

There are none so hopelessly enslaved as those who believe they are free. I think Christ gave us the answer to avoid materialism and find true freedom by remaining outside the system as much as possible. The Christian Community is the perfect answer to Socialism. Give Caesar back his coin, as his image is on it, and it is his property. Don't use it. I would like to avoid the fiat money with the Illuminati eyeball floating over the pyramid, if possible.

I think BitCoin or some other crypto will end a lot of socialism in the USA. If they can't tax us, they cannot enslave us.

Thank you for your interesting comments.
