not this list, but i’m not sure if she/they didn’t hit “some radar” that might affect their cases.
so often, there is more that is known later. whether in days, weeks, months, or longer.

the timing of Lisa M’s case is worrying.

And this is a question regardless of whether it is a homosexual or heterosexual relationship, correct?
Children have mothers and fathers. Sometimes, they end up with a birth mother and a birth father and also end up with foster mother/father or adoptive mother/father.

But no person has two birth mothers. It’s impossible. And there was never a question that this woman’s birth mother shouldn’t have her. The question is if some third party should have custody solely by virtue of being in a past immoral relationship with the birth mother.

yes. so far, no one is even claiming any child may have 2 or more “birth fathers.” (with new legal claims that men can conceive and give physical birth.)

but i won’t be surprised to see such claims show up in courts.
reality, science, are up for grabs in courts of human law.

no need to speculate. the next chapter has begun, reality will unfold, many continue to pray.

I was just curious what you meant. The custody laws are the same in 2021 as they were in 2020. The judges in the district courts are the same. Those are lifetime posts. The assistant US attorneys who prosecute cases are all the same. Those are career civil service positions and do not rotate with changing administrations. Why would the process of justice be any different in 2021 as it would have been in 2020? Not everything in government is political. In fact, most of it is not.

Excerpt from Pablo’s email, written by Lisa Miller:
One of my mantras throughout the years has been “Live each day as it is your last”.

In other words, I checked my life’s actions with the yardstick of God’s Word such as Proverbs 22:6, Deuteronomy 6:1-9, Psalm 33:16-17, Psalm 20:7, Isaiah 31:1, Matthew 25:32-46, John 14:15 and others. We each have a yardstick in our life which we use as a measuring stick to choosing what we do, attaining our goals, raising our children, taking in pleasures (Psalm 16:11) and the like. We all serve someone or something. “But for me and my house, I choose to serve the Lord”.

As I sit here and wait for the next steps which bring me closer to my departure to an American jail I choose to put my faith and trust in God. There is much that I cannot report at this time. However, please do not let that dampen your prayers for us, especially for Isabella. I firmly believe that God knows and that if we as praying children of His bow our heads and seek His will for both our lives and others then He will hear us.
