The White House had previously released a video of arresting this guy with a SWAT team in the middle of the night, even though he had already said he was going to turn himself in. Must have been quite the sandwich.

It is unclear whether prosecutors will try again to indict Dunn.

I think they are dunn with him.

It WAS a dumb thing to do. Arresting him in the middle of the night with a SWAT team was also dumb. It was also performative.

Perhaps the residents of Washington, DC don't want to live in a police state and sometimes resistance shows up in dumb ways.

I don't know...it was from Subway. I don't think anything from Subway is particularly sharp -- cheese wise or taste wise.

I'm a little surprised he wasn't convinced of something.

Well...he was convinced at the moment that throwing a sandwich at ICE was a good idea.

Ok, I need to review more before posting.

Maybe the administration could just put him on a jet to somewhere else, apparently they can do that without those uncooperative courts.
