I did question that as I wrote it, so fair point!

There literally was no other information that wouldn’t have identified the victims. Saying they were unvaccinated but not old enough to be vaccinated would have been enough to indentify them.

So, do you think maybe there should be some humility?
I'm sure it felt good to call JohnH a rabid chicken, but it didn't strengthen your argument in the least and it works against your credibility as a person. It certainly doesn't seem to express humility.

Same with JohnH calling the reporting of the deaths a "con job."

I think that the Governor's choice to publicize the vaccination status of the two who died while refusing to elaborate further was designed around an agenda, but hardly a "con job."

The Governor didn't have to say whether the two who died were vaccinated. But it is possible that the furor over his remarks make have drawn more attention to the epidemic and, perhaps, actually been effective in that regard.
I’ll try to do better. You’re right, it didn’t express humility.

as does the wording, dead baby parts, aborted baby parts, etc. baby parts in food, aborted baby parts injected into veins. etc.
Why don't I repeat myself for the umpteenth time:

I never made any claims of actual products of stem cells in food, and have repeatedly said since the start that that hasn't been done. I said they were used in the development of artificial flavourings.

Did anyone in this thread say that or claim that?

Of course, actual fetal stem cells are actually aborted baby parts; specifically, living tissue derived from an aborted baby, the rest of which is now dead. That's not trying to generate fear. That's simply what it is.

So did the baby die from measles or birth complications due to an early delivery because of measles? I don’t think either one of us has the expertise to determine that. But I would think it’s fairly reasonable to assume the series of events that took place were directly because an unvaccinated pregnant woman had measles. You can holler all you want about the pointlessness of mentioning that infants were unvaccinated, but I’m not sure anyone is going to dispute that this series of events was put into motion because the mother was not vaccinated.
Where's the proof the mother wasn't vaccinated?

I would be surprised if the mother's health records were somehow public knowledge.

The news article saying the husband saying she wasn’t. Either there was a third baby, it was one of the two, a liar, or his wife wasn’t vaccinated.
If you said your wife wasn’t I wouldn’t need health records to go off of to state with relative certainty that your wife wasn’t.

The Governor didn't have to say whether the two who died were vaccinated.
Perhaps they were only concerned that if they didn't specify that, some folks might think measles had resulted in the death of a vaccinated person, which they may have been concerned would then undermine the confidence in the effectiveness of the vaccine - right at a time when they are trying to build it.

Saying that a baby who died in childbirth is unvaccinated is ridiculous, because 100% of babies are unvaccinated when they're born. The standard age to get an MMR vaccine is 12-15 months of age, although it can be administered as early as 6 months of age.

It’s also ridiculous to spread the message that lack of vaccines had nothing to do with the death. I’m not saying anyone here has claimed that, but that is the narrative RFK and the Commissioner seem determined to push.
