2026 Minab school airstrike in Iran

Reporter: "Mr. President, you just suggested that Iran somehow got its hands on a Tomahawk and bombed its own elementary school on the first day of the war. But you're the only person in your government saying this. Even your Defense secretary wouldn't say that when he was asked standing over your shoulder on your plane on Saturday. Why are you the only person saying this?"

Trump: "Because I just don't know enough about it. I think it's something that I was told is under investigation, but Tomahawks are used by others, as you know. Numerous other nations have Tomahawks — they buy them from us. But … whatever the report shows, I'm willing to live with that report."

The US is the only country in this conflict that has Tomahawk missiles. The idea that Iran somehow got a hold of one of these and fired it at the at the school at the same time as the US’s strike on the IRG facility is asinine.

Mistakes happen all the time in war. Trump’s inability to admit mistakes or take responsibility for them is just another layer in this mess.

Another example of "Pealism" power of positive thinking. Never deviate from the positive, everything is a manifestation go "greatness."

In the fall of 2015 following the elections, I was in Manhattan with my daughters and we happened to walk past the Marble Collegiate Church where the Trump family attended in the president's youth. I took a little time to explain the significance of Norman Vincent Peale and his theology on society and culture and warned them to be alert for these ideas to infiltrate US policy under the Trump administration. Greatness is being manifested as I suspected.

The simple fact remains: Iran decided to put a "girls' school" (although it is unclear now if it were actually just a normal school) right smack in the middle of a naval military complex, right on a harbour. What were they teaching there? Rowing?

Does this look like "right smack in the middle" to you?



Is 26 km from the Gulf "right on a harbour"? Do Iranians (or anyone else) build naval military complexes that far from a body of water? Do your simple facts hold up under amateur investigation?

How would weekend cancellations matter if the attack is on a weekday?
