And there is no excuse for either sets of people to not carry insurance. The point is that illegal aliens are notorious for being uninsured and then fleeing the scene of accidents or otherwise not being responsible for when they cause property damage and bodily injury, and that's a very valid complaint and reason to not want illegal aliens to move in to a place where one lives.
